    On 12/11/23 approx 10 am, my husband and I were headed East on watterson twoard Breckinridge lane. We were approx 15 feet behind an Anytime waste truck when we seen something fly off the truck and hit my windshield. Of course being on the highway I couldn’t get his attention so I just took pictures of the truck’s information. I immediately contacted the company and spoke with a safety manager ***** Initially, **** seemed understanding and said he would look into it and take care of things. After a couple of hours his whole stance has changed and he was adamant that his truck was covered and nothing could’ve hit my truck. My husband and I both seen this item fly off the side of the truck and shatter my windshield. The most disturbing part of all of this is after multiple attempts to **** he was never “available “ when I called. Of course I had to take care of my new windshield, but the way Anytime handled this case was highly unacceptable . We are a hard working family just like the rest, accidents happen but we should have been take care of. I’m sure had I been at fault the same would’ve been expected. I will share this story as far as it will go because this was handled soo poorly! If an executive sees this please feel free to reach out to me.

    I scheduled a dumpster pickup on 12.15.23, called Anytime waste to come and get the dumpster way before it get full and they did not come at the time they told ne they were coming to get the dumpster. In the meantime everybody in town have been dumping their trash into the container. Anytime tells me that we have to remove the trash to the line, when its their job to dump and remove trash. I don't think we should be held accountable for their neglect, when they were informed in a timely manner to pick up this dumpster before it look like the picture attached. We are now paying fines for this and they are not willing to pay or pickup their own dumpster.
