I'm handicaped. Centerwell Pharmacy is not very nice to me in regard to switching me UPS. I have two packages that were sent UPS from Centerwell Pharmacy. By the way, Centerwell Pharmacy is rated 1.2 out of 5 stars! The United States Postal Service will not drop-off my mail anymore. My caregiver stold from me. I requested a new caregiver from Humana. I will wait, and see. I have two attorneys. The one is a Criminal Attorney. The one was a Prosecutor, but now, he is an attorney.Review from Mary B

Since I have to leave some star instead of zero. . . They get one. Was supposed to be on automatic refill and to date, still have to call them to get my scripts. For one, I can hardly understand the person talking to me. Secondly when she read off my scripts she couldn't even pronounce the word magnesium. I had to figure out what she was saying. I called them when I was down to four days worth and they said they were on the way. That, was ten days ago and still don't have them. I am so dropping Humana when the fall rolls around.Review from EDWARD V

Only reason I gave one star is because I cannot leave no stars.. I started my Humana Medicare Advantage Plan (Humana Choice PPO) on 02/01/2024. Before I signed up with Humana, I checked to see if all of my doctors were in network. I found that my regular orthopedic doctor was not in-network, but his practice was in fact listed as in-network. Seeing all the information listed about his practice matched his information (address, phone number) about himself, it is not unreasonable to expect any visit to him would be treated as in-network. Well, my visit was processed as out-of-network. After questioning this, I was informed that Humana had, in fact, made a mistake by not listing the doctor as well as his practice as in-network when his practice was set up. I was told by Humana “They were supposed to have been contracted for those lob’s to match the groups contract via task A-286014, but it was never added. The reference number for the APEX task submitted is CO-17115090.” Even with this information, Humana's response for my request for review was that the claim was processed properly at the time it was submitted as the doctor was out-of-network at the time. That review took (30) days. I now had to file an official appeal, which gives them an additional (60) days to review my request. All someone had to do is look at this situation, realize Humana did make a mistake, and that the doctor should have been in-network at the time of service. I have been fighting Humana for almost two months now over this issue, and all I get is lip service. Apparently, because I filed an appeal, it cannot be expedited in any way. I have been lied to, put off, and just plain ignored. That's what you get with Humana Medicare Advantage plans.Review from Patricia F

I have a Humana Medicare Advantage Plan It is supposed to include rides to and from Drs. Appointments if needed. Usually I don't use it but my vehicle is in repair shop. Since I did use once before and my driver was over an hour late. I made sure to book an hour and half early. I called when I was supposed received all sorts confirming my ride. So there I sit no car. I try contacting Humana. You get first to bot then if your lucky a person Who asked the same you just answered to the bot. I told my predicament . And in their wisdom they transferred me to the right department and sat in hold for 20 minutes. I was going nuts. I called answered the million questions first to bot then to Operator I explained that I was put on hold and really needed somebody. I am getting $200 for missing my appointment. The second helpful connected me with right department and I sat on hold again for over 15 minutes. Now I am mad. Call again this time to number of company they gave me. Guy had no clue. Now I get a text from Lyft saying both rides to and from were cancelled. You can't call them. So I call again to Humana. This time I won't let them transfer me only to be out on hold. I request the number. When I call someone answers. If course I missed my appointment. The new driver was supposed to arrive at 2 o'clock. A lot of help that was when appointment was at 1:00. Time to get rid of Humana and Lyft.Humana, Inc. Response

Upon receipt of this inquiry, a thorough review of the issue was completed. On April 29, 2024, you called Modvicare to schedule a trip for May 02, 2024, with a pickup time of 12:00 pm. On May 02, 2024, you called Modvicare at 12:52 pm to obtain the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and it was determined that there were no Lyft drivers available in the area. The trip was reassigned to UBER Health, the trip review shows there were no UBER drivers available. A request was sent to the Transportation Department requesting UBER and Lyft to be added to your Transportation Exclusion list.Review from Javin S

I wish there was a way to give -10 stars. Humana is WORTHLESS. They don't cover anything of necessity, their customer service is terrible and they won't discuss why services are denied. You're honestly better off without insurance than paying in to these worthless losers.Review from Timothy C

I selected ScamMana as my Part C plan. Essentially cannot get an appointment with any of their providers under 3 month time frame. Then they send me a letter saying since I didn't have Rx coverage prior I owe the 9.80 a month. I have had continuous coverage since I was 17 yo. I have VA coverage. So now I have to send them letters to prove that. Ridiculous. Avoid Humana. A guy selling insurance under a bridge will be more effective than this companyReview from Daniel M

I started using CenterWell to fulfill my prescriptions along with my wife’s prescriptions because at our age and health conditions we cannot drive to the local pharmacy. When I contacted CenterWell 2years ago the promised promp delivery but as time went on those promises began to fail and deliveries were days and then weeks late or not delivered. When I would call CenterWell I would get lies of every kind. I’m not stupid and the doctors will tell you that you can’t stop your meds abruptly for any reason. CenterWell is putting us in danger by this practice.Review from Gail F

Should be zero star this order. I have been a customer since 2017. In 2017 after five hours of phone calls to get a more reasonable priced inhaler ($450), I had chest pains and wound up in ER, they wore me down. Since then I have been almost exclusively filling prescriptions at local Walgreens, because of Centerwell slow processing and slower shipping. I made a huge error placing an expedited order, to follow up that order was acknowledged, approved by doctor and marked as expedited. Online Chat Jayson promised everything in order, expedited with a high importance notation. Two days later I get an email stating in order to process order they needed payment. I already paid, they said that order was cancelled and a new order entered. So my payment authorization dropped away and the expedited status too. On Saturday they emphatically said order would be expedited at no cost since there was an oversight. Well order did not get expedited status, has a label, they said it shipped. I have tracking number, USPS status shows awaiting carrier pickup. They told me to go to doctor for sample, I phoned they do not have a compatible sample for my needs. Local pharmacy said can’t fill I have order in progress, the insurance would not cover. There is so much more….Review from Tod H

Will NEVER use CenterWell Pharmacy. My very first order the product was automatically substituted. Requested a refund ... tough luck, so sad, don't care ... NO refund. CenterWell apparently states they can substitute. If they can substitute without notification ... I can chose to use a different vendor. Way easier to change vendors than getting stuck with substitute product that I don't want. Bye, bye CenterWell ... wish I had never known you.
