    Unprofessional workers attempted to make the line 4 times no success fifth time smaller lines than what was on my skid steer was made and put on the skid steer. They got there at 2 o’clock and left at 5:30. They unplugged the pressure release valve enabling my ghel not to move. They would not have to had to stayed that long if they had not done this. I found this the next day. They told their boss they were trying to discover the problem and had no clue what they were doing. They charged me 800 dollars when in fact it should had been $636. I feel I have been ripped off on this job that they did. This should have been completed in a more reasonable time if their worker knew in fact what they were doing

    We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the efficiency of the work performed by our technician and trainee on May 24th, 2024, when they replaced the hose on your skid steer.

    While hoses are our specialty, we want to clarify that our technicians are not specialized equipment mechanics. Our mobile hose technicians are fully trained and qualified to diagnose and work on various hoses across different equipment. However, each case is unique, and issues unrelated to hose functionality may sometimes be overlooked. The pressure release valve may have been unintentionally unplugged during the diagnosis process by either party as they worked together to get the machine back up and running. We apologize for any delay this may have further caused you. Nonetheless, our team successfully completed the assigned task of replacing hose PE229-10, approximately 25" in length.

    We have already discussed your dissatisfaction and explored ways to adjust the final cost of the invoice to reflect the time spent on the repair. Your main concern seemed to be the labor involved in diagnosing the issue, completing the repair, and testing the machine. After explaining the process, we agreed on a refund of $270 (equivalent to 2 hours of labor) as a gesture of appreciation for your business and cooperation (please see the attached copy of the refund receipt). You recieved this refund on June 7th, 2024.

    We are truly sorry that this resolution has not yet met your satisfaction. As we have not received further communication from you expressing continued dissatisfaction, we were unaware of any remaining issues. Please let us know if there are any specific concerns still unresolved, and we will be happy to discuss them further.
