    Terrible customer service! I have reached out to this business several times in order to make an appointment for my small dog and never received one call or message back. This groomer services several homes in my neighborhood and even my next door neighbors dog. When asked again about servicing my dog, now a 3rd time, still nothing! My neighbor even asked the guy about seeing our dog and the owner responded that he had the wrong number?? What?! If I call and leave a message, or send a text the only thing he had to do was respond to the voicemail or text with a reply. Stating he had the wrong number is a flat out lie! He obviously doesn’t want our business so his wish is granted. I have found another mobile groomer who is happy to have me as a client.
