    **** * ********** : Your customer service is grossly crass, 100% inappropriate & deserves a serious investigation as to whether you’re fit for a customer service role. Due to the horrific Maui fires my business has spent the past 2 months fighting for its life, while my family has lost our home, immediate loved ones, & continue facing levels of devastation unimaginable. While sustaining/managing my family’s livelihood & protection I was thankful for my clients patience & understanding regarding ongoing projects. I paused my business account until the fires cleared & family is accounted for. After WEEKS OF NOT USING the sites services DUE TO BEING LOCKED OUT ON THEIR PART, I paid for monthly Lightfolio access & less but than a week later they attempt to re debt my account then IMMEDIATELY suspended my account when the RUDE customer service representative TONY made ZERO effort to aid or show ANY ounce of sympathy he locked my clients out of their galleries DAYS AFTER I PAID MY LAST AVAILABLE DOLLARS FOR THEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR priceless moments. TONY vindictively suspended my account moments after I reached out to the site for CUSTOMER SERVICE
