Ordered pizza in the amount of $45.05. I recieved the wrong order and called the store and returned the items to the delivery driver. Driver stated the order would be replaced but never returned with my order. Called the store and help center to get refunded. The store wouldn't answer and the helpdesk said they put in a ticket. The regional manager called me based on feedback left on the site and stated that my refund would be processed today. The bank finalized my transaction and there is no reversal or credit to my account. Called the regional manager back 3 times and left voice-mail, but he is unresponsive. All I want is the money back in my account for the order I never received. Original Order #*********Business response

After numerous attempts to reach out to the papa John's franchise and to the headquarters .I am trying to find out why the papa John's restaurants in the Ohio dayton Ohio area don't use the ****** system for paying for pizza on the website. when in fact that the papa John's locations in Texas accept ******, I have not gotten an answer back from anybody except for anybody I've called numerous stores Nobody can answer it no managers have any idea why ****** and the district headquarters of papa John's is totally clueless hopefully somebody can get back to me and share that reason Or maybe somebody can get ****** as a payment option on their website in Ohio.Business response
