    I needed a water heater installed, old one removed and taken away. Basic replacement, 40 gal short for a 40 gal short. Maeser was my 3rd estimate. I wasn't going to call them at all due to a valve repair that they bilked me on. That said, I went to H*** ***** and saw that they could replace a water heater, same day and they used Maeser as their plumbing company. So I decided to set it up. The Maeser Tech Larry T***** came out and looked at the water heater. I told him I wanted the Rheem water heater from H*** *****. He did his calculations and came up with $2,188 ... then said, HD is out of 40 gallon gas water heaters, and we will have to use our preferred brand that is not sold at H*** *****. I asked the price of the water heater they would provide and he said he had no way of knowing that because he just plugs in the work to be done and his iPad comes up with the total. I know the 40 gallon short gas water heaters at HD were under $700 and they were in stock, in many of the local HD's. He also added that he couldn't take away the old heater! Bate and Switch! The significant difference b/w the H*** ***** water heater price $700) and the Maeser estimate ($2,188) is a major red flag. The technician's inability to provide a breakdown of the water heater cost is also concerning. A reputable company should be transparent about their pricing. Claiming H*** ***** was out of stock when I knew they were not, then pushing their "brand" is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. This suggests a lack of honesty and an attempt to inflate the price. Refusal to Remove Old Heater: Most water heater installation services include the removal of the old unit. The technician's refusal to do this adds to the overall impression of poor service. My previous negative experience with Maeser, the valve repair is relevant, as it establishes a pattern of questionable business practices. They refunded $400 for a $900 over charge- the best they said they could do.

    Punctuality of techs. They were very friendly and respectful of my house. Everyone I have had interaction with has been very friendly and helpful! So far they have replaced my entire HVAC system and cleaned my ducts. I saw pictures before and after duct cleaning, they looked great! I saw the pictures as they were taken. Next I have electrical work and plumbing work to be done. I HIGHLY recommend Maeser Master Services for your home repairs!!

    Extremely horrible service. We recently requested plumbing service on 9/21 to fix a toilet that continued to run off and on. Their technician came and serviced the toilet - saying it was fixed - only to find a week later that the toilet was not fixed, and still had the initial issue. This toilet is in an upstairs guest area that we rarely use - hence finding out a week later that it wasn’t fixed. We called and the technician returned - and told us we would need to purchase additional parts from a plumbing supply (as he did not have) - he also gave us his personal phone number to call once we had the part and he would come back to install. The next morning he called and indicated that he felt we would be better off to replace the entire toilet - and again indicated to call his personal number that he would install. Neither myself or my husband was comfortable with this and therefore did not follow up with him. We did have someone else fix the toilet which was pretty simple They charged us over $ 200! for the initial visit and I sent multiple emails with no response, so called and went over in details with the customer service person - indicating they would get with the manager and return the call. Waited and waited with no return call.

    Worst company for bathroom tile flooring and new tiolet .Floor uneven and tile grout not even on tile. Called to complain but got nowhere with person who sold us the job! Never use this company!

    AC would not turn on.Tech came out, looked at outside unit, opened furnace compartment and said there were no AC connecting wires where they should be. I pointed out that Maeser had done the installation two years ago and that I'd been using both furnace and AC since then. While he was looking, he talked to himself reminding himself of what wires went where and what they should be connected to. Finally, he came upstairs to look at the thermostat. There was a loose wire, which he tightened. Problem solved. Charged me $269 for extended diagnostics. But he should have looked at the thermostat FIRST. Instead he spent time looking at the furnace and trying to understand what he was seeing, then fixed the problem in less than 5 seconds when he looked at the thermostat. $269 is simply outrageous for his stalling and uncertainty. They can look around all they want, spend lots of wasted time and say the diagnosis required it. He seemed unsure of himself and not well-trained. Which meant I had to pay extra for his poor triage.

    We hired Maeser to install a furnace and air conditioner. I can’t praise them enough. I have seen their truck around our condo units and decided to get a quote. They were knowledgeable, caring, respectful and efficient. I called them out of the blue for an estimate and a gentleman came and gave us a wonderful price, explained everything and even showed up two days later as his team was installing our units, he stopped by to check on us to see if we were happy with the service and if his team needed any help. If you want a good company that truly cares call Maeser. I recommend them highly. One happy camper.

    Check your serial numbers!! Installed the wrong HVAC system in my home. Stood on my property and lied to me about it. The serial numbers proved them wrong. The second idiot didn't connect the ducts to the unit so I was only cooling my crawl space. The third person here said he couldn't fix it to where it would cool upstairs. They destroyed my floor putting the correct unit in. Their fix looks like a child did it. They cleaned my dryer duct and actually unhooked it in the crawl space so it was blowing lint into the crawl space instead of outside. Calling an attorney tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

    I had some plumbing work done today (Tuesday 1.23) by Masers. I made my appt online (super easy), then had to reschedule it and called. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The plumber (Brian) was so professional, agreeable, quick working and mindful of my home. The price was more than fair and Id 100% use them again!

    The company is outrageous. I don’t even know what I paid for and they refuse to give me an itemized bill. They just keep saying they can only give me a total. The guys weren’t even here two minutes and it cost me over $300. I don’t even think they had time to walk in the bathroom, I’ve called three times I cannot get anybody to send me an email or anything they keep saying we’re trying. I’ve had them try six emails and I’m still not getting any results. Nobody can tell me what I’ve paid for this company is a joke and beyond disgusted no one‘s even calling me back I have to aggravate them and I’m getting nowhere For what they charged me they overcharged me and they know it and they refused to do anything about it or even let me know so if they ever come to your house, you probably wouldn’t get a bill before you even hand them a check I know I’ve learned my lesson. If you can’t give me an itemized bill you don’t get a check , I’m disgusted

    I called at 9 AM and they were there by noon. Freddy S**** who is the plumber that fixed our issues and was very courteous. He even spoke with my realtor and the buyers realtor to assure them that everything was up to code and the sale our house went through. Excellent service and thank you Freddy !
