      They never gave my deposit money over to the new people that took over my apartments. They are needing the deposit money for my new lease and haven’t been able to get in touch with anybody at all. And it needs to be refunded immediately.

      I’ll trade left an outstanding balance to the sewer company in my name and now the new company that runs our apartments won’t pay

       I reached out to the sewer company and there is a balance of .21 (attached balance detail as of today). Also, the way the sewer works in Indiana (unless you already know) the tenant is responsible for the charges (per the attached lease) owner is only responsible for the amount if tenant does not pay charges that are over 60 or 90 days. If tenant does not pay, A lien is then placed on the property and owner so owner will pay the amount and bill back the tenant for the usage.       I am rejecting this response because: per my lease, I was not responsible for sewer. I have my lease that shows you guys were responsible for sewer until Oct 2022 and you guys were paying it all throughout the year. The balance was paid because it was already  90 days past due so I had to pay it or my water was being threatened to be shut off.

      My mom was a tenant of Richardson Properties who sold their apartment complex to Alltrade Properties. When my mom became ill, she was referred to a nursing facility by the hospital as she could not stay by herself and needed 24 hour care. I informed Alltrade of what was transpiring with my mom, submitted a letter to them from the nursing home stating that she could not live alone and needed to 24 hour care. I have submitted copies of what I sent to Alltrade and what they sent to me. My mom has lived in that apartment for six years and if she had not become ill, she would have still been living there. I don't think it's right for Alltrade to keep all of my mom's security deposit. I have also submitted a copy of the letter I hand delivered to Alltrade and as of this date, I have not received a response back from them.

      Looks like the tenant signed a lease renewal in July 2022. Renewal was effective 9/22 to 8/23 and some of the SD funds were kept to the lease being broken early. There was also some damage and I have attached the breakdown. SD amount was only $350.

      I have been trying to get my heat, plumbing, and electricals fixed since September 2022 and it’s January 2023 and the only thing that was fixed was the heat In January 2023 after we had a snow storm and i have a Infant and couldn’t heat my home and told them this multiple times and they did nothing and my **** got sick. I called the emergency maintenance line and the person on the phone kept hanging up on me while i was explaining all my problems and said she put all the orders in but when i call the landlord a week later because i was still in my apartment with no heat or lights when i pay LG&E. My sinks in the kitchen won’t drain so i have dirty sewage water sitting in my sink so i can’t even wash my dishes or my daughter bottles. Half of my apartment is sparking wired (if they work at all) so i have to turn the fuses off and burned 3 surge protectors and sometimes the oven is turned off and i can’t cook anything to eat. The apartment down stairs are flooded and they asked us not to use our washers so it doesn’t flood their apartment more and i don’t think it’s safe to have electrical problems and flooding right above each other. I let the landlord know about all of this and i am still living in these conditions right now an and i explained to them I’d be paying my rent late and asked for them not to add the 140 evictions fee because i honestly can’t live in my apartment but they did and i always pay my rent even though i can’t comfortably/ safely live in my home.

      I was contacted on Friday 9/9/2022 around noon by ***** the property manager and was informed they received a call from my neighbor saying it was water coming from my apartment on the 3rd floor to his apartment on the second floor. When I arrived home it was raining all the the building even on the first floor. When I got up to my apartment there was firefighters in my apartment who had kicked the door in because they were called to do a welfare check in which they told me the pipe on the back of my toilet had busted causing all the water damage within the building. I called ***** back and told her what was told to me and she said maintenance was on there way. Then a lady from Alltrade showed up and asked what happened and I informed her and she said they were gonna get the water extraction team out to get the water out my apartment and off the floor and that I needed to moved my things because they would have to pull the carpet up to make sure everything was dry. So I started moving my things for that but nobody ever showed up. I had to get a carpet cleaner and tried to get the water up with that but it did not do a very good job. I have been pulling up water for going on 4 days now. On Sunday morning while I was in the bathroom I seen sparks coming from the closet where the HVAC unit is and immediately turned the A/C off and called the emergency maintenance line.Nobody answered so I left a voicemail around 10 am. Nobody ever called back and the building stinks so bad from all the water damage it gives you an instant headache just walking through the door. I have asthma so the smell is really triggering for that. I opened the window outside my door to try to get some relief and squirrels got into the building because they will keep the big door downstairs open I can't open the windows in my apartment because they are all painted shut and have no screens in them besides one in the kitchen and it's not really helping. I've called 3 times today and still no reply

      The leak issue was resolved the day of on 9/9. The tenant has also requested to have her carpets cleaned from the leak and this has been scheduled for 9/29/22. Tenant has been made aware of the carpet clean and states that she has not had any problems with the HVAC since then and has been able to use it with no problem.

      Yes. We have had several electrical and air conditioner unit issues since we’ve lived here. We have had several conversations with the office nobody can help us. They are referring us to gas, and the electric gas and electric are directing us to the office. I’m reaching out to you all for assistance. We have seen significant increase in gas and electric usage. We strongly believe that we are paying for the common areas, and we are paying for either the upstairs or downstairs portion of the gas and electricity and vice versa. For example, the first-floor gas and electricity are off, and we have no power in her back rooms are lights in the common area. My gas and electricity are currently turned off now; however, I do have power, and in the two bathrooms also, the air conditioning unit is not working. It’s completely shut down, and I’m the only one on the team without gas and electricity due to non-payment. The gas and electric heater is becoming very unaffordable and has put us behind in rent in other expenses that we’re responsible for. We currently have a $775 bill, and I believe that was For two months. I’ll try property management has had so many electrical and plumbing issues and I don’t think that it’s fair that we left to pay the bill, Are particular unit has had three gas leaks we have also had our air conditioner unit out several times and each time we have seen an increase in the gas and electric and we’re left to pay that. We are currently looking for help and we don’t know what to do at this point we asked for a smaller unit and they told us that we had to have six months of on time rent but we’re trying to explain to the office that we’ve seen an increase in LG&E and we are asking to downsize, we are left to deal with throngs on our own and this is No way to test a Tenet.

      It looks like there were a few tickets made for a gas leak.  The first was on 7/31 and the technician was not able to locate any leaks but LG&E shut the gas off to the entire building from what im reading.  Issue #****** was created the next day 8/1 and was closed out by ***** on 8/2 with the following in the resolution "Found stove in #2 bleeding through.  Disconnected stove and plugged off the stop."  There was another ticket created, issue #*****9 the next day and then closed days after with the following in the resolution"Checked and found no leak in stove.  8/4
      ***** pressure tested again and everything held tight. Turned on gas back to the stove and used a gas detector. Stove is now tight

      We have also requested a copy of the tenants electric bill to compare to ensure that the increase was not related to this issue.

      I called the emergency maintenance line to my apartments on June 25,2022 at 10:30 am due to not being able to flush my toilet! I’ve been having to manually flush it due to the chain and toilet handle being so rusted and old that it broke. The back of my toilet had mold around the rim and it’s disgusting to have to put my hands back there to manually flush my toilet. When I have guest I have to go in behind them to flush it. I have *** ******** I have to constantly go behind to flush the toilet and it’s getting to be ridiculous. I’m not to the point where the last few days during the day we have been using my neighbors toilet. Which in return will cost her more money because we pay for water and water waste out here. It shouldn’t be like this. I’ve called every single day since June 25th and I’ve been told they put my as high priority yet here we are still with a broken toilet. I’ve asked them what is the amount of time they have to send someone out when a emergency order has been made and no one seems to know the answer to that. So I’m hoping by reaching out to you all that someone can contact them and make them do their jobs! Like I said I have kids, I’m a woman who has menstrual cycles every month and I’ve had to manually flush my toilet the past ten days. I think they need to credit me for the days I been without a toilet. I pay rent on time every month never have a I been late. They get their money on time every month yet I can’t get even someone sent out here to check my toilet!

      I went into this business in search of applying for a specific apartment. I reached out via email and phone calls to view the apartment. I ended up having to call a different location of the same business to find out that someone was about to pay the deposit on that place. I check back in a couple of days later, on the website to see if it’s still listed. I noticed that the property is still listed so I reach out to the management company again, they tell me I can come rent keys and view the property. so i do so. put in the application & filled out everything that needed to be filled out for the application 5-2-22. . I am told that I will 100% hear back by Wednesday before the end of day about approval. Wednesday, I receive zero contact. I reached out several times, left emails and voicemails. Around 4 PM on Wednesday I’m told that they hadn’t heard back about my application and I should know before 6pm when they close wednesday. I called several times, sent several emails, and left very many voice messages before end of day. Got zero contact by end of day. Thursday comes around & it takes ** ********* showing up to the business to get any answer out of them because they still haven’t answered the phones, still haven’t returned voicemails or emails. They tell him that we will know by the end of the day Thursday. Thursday nights comes, nothing. Today, friday, 5/6/22, we call them first thing in the morning and they tell us that majority of our application has been approved but they still hadn’t heard from our current landlord. My landlord tells me no one has reached out. Finally get them in ouch and we’re approved. But, Alltrade also approved somebody else, and told us that whoever got to the business first and paid the deposit first would get the apartment. The level of unprofessionalism here is ridiculous. I paid a $100 application fee and couldn’t even receive timely callbacks or emails returned to me. I am now out of a place to live and about to be homeless.

      We were told that our application AND someone else’s was approved at the same time and whoever got to the business first with the money for a deposit would get the keys to the property and sign the lease.

      How does that make any sense? So unprofessional. Every other landlord or leasing agency i’ve told about this has literally been in shock over this issue. Disgusting slumlord company who doesn’t care about people at all.
