To whom it may concern: The purpose of this letter is to dispute the information that you provided to Law Office of ***** * ******* **** and which appears on my ********** consumer credit report and to demand an investigation and immediate correction of the disputed information. Furthermore, I demand that you cease all collection activities on this account, and on any other accounts where you provided this information until the dispute is resolved and the accuracy of the information is verified. It’s been almost half a year and I’ve been contacting Broadway management about leaks in my apartment that come and go. It’s gotten to the point where a hole has formed in my bathroom ceiling and mold is growing on the wall. The wall is so soft from the water that you can just push on it with your fingers in the wall will crumble. I’ve spoken to them multiple times about this and they’ve told me they’re gonna send someone out but no one ever comes and the problem gets worse. It’s been over 90 days & 7 maintenance request.Business Response

This Property Group failed to upkeep the property I was without air and had a water leak that produced 700 water bills and the power would glitch had a hole in the ceiling leading to attic I had my grandkids residing there and there where too many gunshot firing off around us I felt unsafe someone had access to the property so I changed the locks we had a schedule Hearing in court May last year and I have receipt that the case was dismissed against me and I moved out as the court ordered and now 9 months later they put a debt of 2,945.00 owed to Property when legally I took all steps and at the time I would of just owed one months rent of 795 in which the judge let me forfeit my deposit to cover the 795.00 this debt is making it hard for me to move into my new home it is on my credit report it was just added to it on March 3,2025Business Response

We did a move out inspection and determined the house needed to be fully repainted, each room was dirty, the yard needed to be cut, gutters cleaned and debris removed according to the photos was furniture and container of personal items. You also did not give us a 60 Day Notice to Vacate or notify us in writing or turn in your key to let us know you had vacated the home which is required in the lease.Customer Answer

We had a schedule court day to appear in eviction court they had seven days to review property and I did return the keys those pictures are from before the move out and I took picture when I was completely out of there I’m not responsible for grass to be cut with deep tree roots that created the water problem leading to property I could only use front yard and it was cut on the day I moved out Broadway Management Appeared In Court on Record stating I no longer reside there and they retained their keys judge dismissed case without payment I had metro on my case and they seen the property as well I didn’t destroy anything I handed the property back the same way it was given to me at move in I filled out a paper showing what was there prior to me moving in Broadway Management Said Maintenance would be coming by and guess what they never did

A neighboring tenant thought that the person watching my kids, ****** *****, kicked her door. The police resolved the situation & agreed ****** didn’t cause any trouble. Broadway management called and said that I had someone else living with me and that I was getting a 14 day notice..even though no one else lives with me. They are stating that he has been there since I have moved in and that is false. There are no actual names being provided to who is saying ****** ***** has been living with me since I’ve moved in. I have paid my rent on time, no issues, I let them no of any maintance issues. I don’t understand why I’m being penalized for something that isn’t true..Business Response

I am tenant of Broadway Management, and I have been having a water leak issue for over a week now, with no help or response from the rental company. I have reached out several times, Including pictures and videos, and even emailed the CEO of Broadway MGMT. The water leak is in 2 rooms, and coming from above - my bedroom and tv room. The bedroom is the worst, the walls are bubbling up with water in them and busting. The leak seems to get worse when it rains, I have to lay down towels to catch the water. The tv room is leaking and has already made a bad water mark on the ceiling. That will eventually cause mold. I have made several previous complaints against this business, and they still seem to not care to help out their tenants. If the drywall needs to be restored or if it is something serious, where I need to vacate my apartment, I don’t expect to pay rent since it is damaged.Initial Complaint

I am a tenant at 1341 S 3rd Apt 3. My apartment has been without hot water since Saturday night. Broadway has known about this since Sunday, since there was a maintenance man at our complex Sunday morning turning everyone’s water off. There was NO NOTICE, NO PHONE CALL, NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. Monday rolls around and after speaking to other tenants about their hot water, all theirs worked, but mine. A maintenance man showed up and said that we have a leak in our hot water pipe, and then he just leaves. Again, no communication. I contacted Greg (president) and Jon (maintenance) Tuesday about the situation, and I was told a new hot water tank would be installed Wednesday morning. So I took off work, missed a day of pay for nothing to be resolved. Broadway did not show up with the plumber, he had no idea where to go or which tank was mine. Luckily I already knew. After he saw the mess, he stated that he can’t do this alone and that Broadway would have to call someone else, so he left. Still no hot water, and it’s Thursday. I contacted Jon, and he said they are working on a plan.. Broadway has known about this since SUNDAY and now you all want to make a plan?! I have to travel just to take a shower now, my shower does not turn on. I am not going to sit here and let Broadway get away with thinking this is okay. I’m am not going to pay rent for a nonfunctional apartment. I will take these matters elsewhere, because Broadway needs to be shut down with how they communicate and treat their tenants.Business Response

Broadway Management Company in a court claim said that my son did not notify that he was leaving an apartment on Saint James Court and claimed that he therefore owed more than $1,600 in rent fees. For the entirety of his stay at the apartment, he was always on time and paid his rent. He has PROOF that he did notify them, and the judge was given this information, and she dismissed the complaint. Nevertheless, Broadway Management Company sold the debt to a debt collector, who then incorrectly reported to the credit bureaus that it was a bad debt. We are currently working with a family attorney regarding obtaining justice if Broadway Management Company does not notify the debt collector that the debt is false.Business Response

Broadway management group will not fix an issues going on with my apartment unit, I have black mold growing all over my ceiling in my bathroom. The resident that lives directly above me has plumbing issues, when she flush her toilet water runs all over my bathroom. I’ve been breathing in black mold since I’ve been there this past September and I’ve got critical sick. I’ve had to stay with friends to keep from going home to avoid from getting sicker. They want to get paid every month but never want to fix anything. I’ve stopped paying them rent because they won’t come and fix anything and I can’t live in my unit comfortably. They sent two different plumbers and they didn’t do anything to fix or resolve this matter.Business Response

I moved in February 2023, since then I have not had cold water in my kitchen. It simply does not work. I’ve put in multiple complaints. The maintenance guy that they usually send has stolen stuff from my unit and used my things without my permission so he isn’t allowed in. I began renting a property managed by BMG in early 2020. When I moved in, the unit was not cleaned from the previous tenants and full of maintenance issues that needed addressed. I contacted the liaison that served as a “property manager” for BMG as they are not local to the property. I was either ignored or given a run around that maintenance would address the issues. Fast forward 3 years and a multitude of issues later (no kitchen sink, no bathroom, several other small misc plumbing issues that have escalated due to their negligence - including infestation of pests due to the stagnant and constant water) I decide to withhold the May 2023 rent. This was not even addressed until I submitted a “test” online work order to question about my balance - I had put in ~10 work orders prior to this that went unanswered so I wanted to see if this was even a portal they used and if I should be trying another method of contact. Amazingly - several different people answered me within hours. And when I again explained I would pay the rent when the necessary repairs were addressed - I was threatened with eviction. Despite the fact that I had paid June through August 2023. I ONLY withheld one month to simply get their attention. Well, that was a mistake. Apparently your rights do not matter to BMG. Shortly after the conversation, I continued to receive eviction threats and they completely turned off my ability to make rent payments online. I contacted them for two straight months before someone contacted me via phone (despite my efforts in contacting them multiple times) on Oct 18. I had not spoken to this person so I explained that I was withholding May but would be happy to pay Sept & Oct until the repairs were done and he hung up on me and stated I was being evicted. Now my entire online association with them was deleted so no access to any of the history. They are presumably filing eviction and still not addressing the maintenance issues so that is great.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:maintenance is a liar lol. It took dude two months to get the invoice ready for my apartment. Then it was cancellation after cancellation. Then he finally came to repair the sink and didnt have the right tools. Had to leave AFTER he took the sink apart and didnt come back for a week. So for a full week I didnt even have a sink at all. No running water or anything. Then it was again a week to get him in and he fixed half the sink. To this day the sink is still not fixed. But its whatever I moved out since Rachael stole my service process and I was unaware of the court hearing. Yall will be hearing from me :)
