I purchased the cram course in March of this year. There was an issue to where I had to request. The refund in the company denied it so I requested it through my credit card company and received refund. Since then, every month, this company send emails from ****** ****** regarding the cram course. Every month, since then, I have replied telling them to take me off of the list, but they continue to harass me.

I enrolled in their 2-day cram course scheduled for March 21 and 22. As they offer these classes monthly, I expected to attend both sessions on those dates. Unfortunately, the instructor experienced internet issues during the class, which were outside his control. He advised us that the matter would be resolved by noon, and the session would continue until 9:00 pm. However, the internet problem persisted, and the class was rescheduled to Sunday. Although I understand that the internet connectivity is not under the instructor's purview, I signed up for classes on March 21 and 22. I only attended one of the classes and seek a refund for half of my payment, given that I only received half of the promised service. The instructor suggested I could attend another session in April, but as I plan to take my test before then, it wouldn't be feasible as the cram course is already part of your standard services for those who enroll. I paid $145, and it is only fair that my situation be addressed. Thank you for your swift attention to this matter, and I trust that the request is within your reasonable discretion.
