    I do not recommend this company to anyone. I sent them my $300.00 Ray Ban glasses the company was suppose to put my lens for 256.50 i sent them on the 12/12/24 and as of 12/28/24 I got nothing. this company is Lens Factory in 3807 Bishop Ln, Louisville, KY 40218. I called and I got to different lies from 2 employee first they said it was a mixup and the other person said Fedex lost it. All I get is lies and Im out $556.50 in glasses. I believe this is a scam.

    Following my recent cataract surgery, just completed my order for new high-density lenses thru Lens Factory. I give them an A+. Saved $182 over the quote for an identical order at a Columbia, Missouri Optometry business. Lenses are perfect as I ordered, and were installed in the new frames I supplied. They were delivered on schedule, even though Thanksgiving week was in the schedule. I was kept informed throughout the process as to the order status, including the shipping.
