    I lived at Holiday's Gresham Manor for 7 years and it felt like home Some minor complaints about food but was cooks they hired. There was a good variety and you could change your side dishes. since Atria bought it 2 years ago food is really bad,low quality bad tasting,and small portions Boys they hired servers are polite and helpful but some of the girls are rude and mouthy.. Residents. have to put up with it or are banned from the dining room. The management team will not believe your side of the dispute. All of the promises they make at sign in ask a resident if it's true!!? Rent increase every year we t from 2_5 percent to 7-12.

    We have worked on gutters about four months ago, they were supposed to pay within a month, It has been over 4 month we called them they by day and all they say is Call back tomorrow, I am just very tired of it. I am willing to take off my review, unless you pay us. $1,600 that you owe us. Waiting to hear back from you. Art- ******** *******

    My Aunt, Mrs. Alice *******, a resident at *********** since November of 1998, passed away in August of this year (2022). Her Estate checking account was billed another months rent the following month. She had also paid a full months deposit when she moved to ***********. Local management has told me repeatedly they have taken care of the problem and offered to return the over billing to the checking account and return 1/2 of the deposit. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE as of November 3, 2022.

    If you have a relative living at ***********, I strongly suggest that you DO NOT USE AUTO DRAFT ON YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, as this company will take advantage of you and refuse to respond to your calls.

    camelot hemet ca stole money for my moms stay I am trying to file a complaint with holiday who represents them and they refer me back to the problem person who I've tried to resolve this problem with for 2 months now holiday sends me a bill for 7343.00 when they owe me money

    Mom was in camelot hemet fir 14 months.. every month I called in and made the payment 2381.00..monique is the person who always took my payment;;I tried to pay feb 3 2022 my payment of 2381 they took out 3320.00.. I called and told monique my concerns when the bank called me to let me know my checks were bouncing a total of 6 checks and 3 auto withdrawls..monique asked for a bank statement which I went and got NOT GOOD ENOUGH.2nd I gave her the tracking number NOT GOOD ENOUGH 3td. bank sent a letter telling her they took the MONEY OUT 2 TIMES. NOT GOOD ENOUGH .I was never given the extra 1,000.00 they took out. and never received the bounced check charges of 31.00 each.. getting no where with Monique I tried to contact Holiday retirement which camelot is under..I gave them my number 2 times and a call was not returned.. my last contact with holiday was referring me back to mOnque the person who over charged me yes I am upset and raised my voice and instead of getting their attention they hung up on me..I am getting the same treatment from holiday as I got from camelot NOTHING AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY.,,,,.HELP

    HOW CAN A LARGE COMPANY holiday TAKE AN EXTRA 1,000.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT make me BOUNCE 8 ITEMS DUE TO THEIR NEGLiGENCE 31.00 each AND IGNORE MY REQUEST TO RETURN MY MONEY my mom is no longer there.as of march 22, 2022 .i also tried to report the excessive cockaroaches that was ignored too oh the topper is HOLIDAY sent me a bill for 7343.00 when i was current as of JAN 31 2022
