The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Will came to my business and represented himself as ***. He showed me on his phone the quality of the camera system that would be installed. The quoted price was $5600.00 for a total system including two TV monitors for my store. No one ever asked about my speed of my Wi Fi, but after installing the system I was told my Wi Fi was too slow. I had to call my service and upgrade, but then my credit card machine wouldn't work. I can't lose business so I had to switch back to my original router. The service guy, Justin, returned without telling me and removed the first system and put in another camera system. This camera system lags, freezes and is blurry. I complained numerous times, but no communication from their side. I am left feeling duped and frustrated. No one should have to deal with this company.Review from Bethany H

We set a date and time for them to show but they showed up 6hrs too early while I was at work. I called on my lunch and was told I was wrong. Fine, it's their word against mine. They rescheduled me for one week later at 3pm (I have that text). When they hadn't called, text or showed by 3:44, I called and was told they were running behind. I said ok but then when they still weren't there by 5pm, I called again asking if they were still coming or if we needed to reschedule. He said they were still coming and I asked if he could give me an idea of when. He said they don't give exact times ( my text said 3 pm, not a window. If I had been told that, things would have been different). After asking for a better idea of when they would arrive, I was told to find someone else, that they weren't coming. Very unprofessional and rude. I was not asking unreasonable questions. I'm super disappointed.
