    They will not provide a refund for a product I never received and refuse to send me carrier information for when I’m suppose to receive my product. I was told yesterday that my product was being delivered then I was asked to pay more money for a product I have no information for.

    This business offers shoes for sale. However the price they gave me initially was not it. I was told to pay 180 to cash app ************, and I will be given a tracking number. When I didn’t receive it I made contact. Then I was told there is an additional fee of 25.00 for shipping and 50.00 for delivery. They stated this is part of the taxes. Then I would receive a tracking number. After not receiving a tracking number for the second time I made contact again. Now this time they want me to pay a 40.00 shoe tax fee and 30.00 holding fee (what ever that is). At this point I just asked for a refund which I was told then that there is no refund. After back and forth conversation about a refund and being told there is no refund. I gathered I would lose my money and not get the shoes I ordered. It wasn’t until I stated I would report them to the BBB, they stated they would refund me but at a reimbursement fee of 45%of what I paid. Which at this point I paid them 255.00.
