I ordered triple pane windows to replace 20 year old new installation double pane for better energy savings. I had to stop work because of double pane being installed instead of triple pane I ordered. Installer busted siding under 3 out of 9 windows. The tech fix was to nail thru siding under two windows and caulking, move the siding under one and put a jagged busted piece where someone's clothing will now get hung sitting at patio table on back deck outside kitchen window. The polyurethane foam around the windows was thin enough to see daylight. The 1/16" RWD self adhesive trim installed over the foam with caulking all around seems to leave too much room for air and water leakage. I have been lied to numerous times. Get a free quote (but only good for today and have to have your spouse home. Also, appointment maker for salesman has a better deal than the salesman who came to give you a quote). I was told they manufacture their own windows in Kentucky. The windows are Joyce manufactured windows not in Kentucky as website and salesman says. The 50 year warranty is a joke if you read the warranty you get when windows are installed-"Joyce windows warrants the windows installed at the premises listed on the front of this warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship excepting broken glass or screening, for 50 years as long as the purchaser resides at or owns the home." Window installer had to remove shutters on front of house to put in new windows he said. He drilled too big of hole for shutter pin. Left shutters hanging in several places. Caulk was answer to holes at shutter screws, busted siding, and gaps around trim and window. I have a feeling I will be like many other reviews with leaks and rot in a few years. I should have got new siding and put new construction triple pane windows instead of replacement windows in which have huge gap all around filled with polyurethane foam so they slide in and fit easily. We purchased windows for our brand new home from this company. $21,000 dollars. Now, only 4 years later, all the bronze finish is coming off. Company's solution was to send me paint. Last night's rain flooded a room in my home due to the windows warping so severely they are gapping to the outside. Company will not acknowledge that they installed these windows and will do NOTHING. Too bad I can't post pictures. I hate I have to give a star rating to continue with this review. They do not deserve any stars.Primax Compozit Home Systems

We have had our windows for many years and the handles were beginning to break. Called and talked with Virginia with Services and she was able to send us new metal handles to replace the broken plastic handles. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.Primax Compozit Home Systems

I’m completely disgusted with this company. Two years ago we had windows and siding installed. One window started leaking and they added caulk which didn’t stop the leak. Added more caulk and it is still leaking. Now I’m tearing apart my house to fix the rotting wood. My wife and son are highly allergic to mold. I would advise anyone to run from the subpar installation and find another company. I’ll change my opinion if they want to correct their problem but they don’t seem to care when you go directly to them so I came to BBB. We have had our windows for about 30 years (warranty 50 years), some of the window handles have broken, some of the windows has moisture in between the panes and they all look bad. Tried for several years to get someone out to look at the ones that had broken and with moisture finally had to request a quote for replacement windows before anyone called. The person who came out, did check the windows and the service center called within a few days. They stated that we would have to pay for a service call of 165.00, plus a hourly rate for the time it takes to fix, and the shipping of any replacement windows needed.Primax Compozit Home Systems

We replaced 14 windows (including a large picture window) and front and back doors with storm doors also. The products are beautiful and efficient. The installation was quick and professional and all construction debris was removed and areas left clean. Primax was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Measureman was extremely knowledgable and the installer did an amazing job. Pavel the installer did a great job communicating with us and made sure we loved the door. I love our new entry door!
