This company hires unprofessional men who curse women. No, my car wasn’t being towed by then. They were parked in which, all areas were blocked. I asked would be mind moving up because I would be blocked in. Their driver, Lamont, not only threatened me, he attempted to lie say I ran over him when the lady asked me to get his truck number. He didn’t know I had called the company during the incident. When stepping out of my vehicle, he tried to do a “ok then” because I was dressed in a professional manner and he is trying to be sexual. Do not use their service for AAA or when Lamont is your pick up guy! You’re liable to be verbally accosted sexually and cursed out! Poor reflection of the company

With all do respect, we have the entire incident on our fleet truck camera. This incident involved one of our drivers loading a vehicle at a local McDonald's, he had one entrance/exit blocked due to having his bed extended in order to load a vehicle that a AAA member requested we tow. There was an additional entrance/exit to the same lot so patrons could easily enter and exit without hindrance. The individual who has filed this complaint was captured on our camera being aggressive and threatening to our driver, including her threat to have our driver beat up. Our camera also clearly shows our driver was never at any point disrespectful nor did he cuss her, in fact he told her he was calling the police because our camera also shows she threatened to hit our driver with her car, at which point our driver asked the AAA member to get back in their car for their safety and our driver got back in his truck and proceeded to call the police for assistance and notified our local terminal manager to inform him of the situation. At the end of this incident the person who has filed this complaint used the additional entrance/exit to be on her way. This whole situation could have been avoided has she done this to start with.
