    On Jan 6, 2023 I bought a 2014 chevy transverse for $8661.70 from Premium Motor Sales. Exactly 4 hours later the car broke down on me. The next day I took the SUV back to them for a refund and they wouldn't take it back. So while trying to get it fixed at the dealership they noticed the SUV had been in a wreck from how distorted the front bumper frame is. It has no airbags in the driver and passenger dashboard. Since Jan 6. The SUV has been in the dealership at least 6 times for various things from the starter, water pump, ignition switch and fuse box. Everything I have fixed has came from whatever wreck the SUV was in. It currently needs an air condenser, O2 sensor and alternator. I was way overpriced for this lemon and I'm tired of having to fix things. I paid way too much to be having all these different problems. I have paid $3625.63 getting this SUV fix since Jan 6 I have not been able to go 30 days without it breaking down. I want my $3625.63 back also I haven't added all the tow truck fees I paid for just for the months of January and February. So I want a refund of $12,287.33 and they can take this SUV back I'm tired of looking at it and keep wasting my money and time trying to revive a lemon car

    This vehicle was sold AS-IS and I'm including the documentation showing the customer was aware of this. We include a 6 month or 6000 mile warranty through a 3rd party company. This 3rd party warranty covers most of all the items listed on the complaint up to 6 months or 6000 miles. It appears the customer put almost 2000 mles in the first month going well beyond normal usage. I hope with all the documentation below this satisfies all concerns  brought up in the complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:  

    I am not accepting that.. I have all my paperwork on this SUV from the time I bought it until now. I took the SUV back to them 13 hours after I bought the car, telling them the SUV is no good I need my money back or swap me out for another car for the $8661 I paid them. And they used that weak Florida based 3rd party warranty company as a scapegoat. I paid $5000 fixing this SUV because of electrical problems not covered by the warranty and other stuff constancy with a front end collision. They overcharged me and I won't my money back or my $5k for fixing this lemon. Here is my proof of the money I spent fixing it.
