      I made a online purchase totaling $67.45 to a ***** **** llc. I contacted them and explained I did not receive any of the items. I did however speak with 2 ********* and the items could have possibly been stolen from my porch. My ******** did call police and was instructed to take pictures next time. I explained my circumstances, and this company ref**es to contact me, and/or refund funds anymore.

      C**tomer has stated that they did not receive a shipment but that a ******** observed someone stealing packages from their porch the day that the package was delivered.

      We have been in communication with the customer and have offered to resend the plates if the c**tomer filed a report with the ** ****** ******* or a police report.   This is a simple process that would not take more than a few minutes at *****com, less time than the customer has spent filing this report or the dispute with the credit card company.    The ** ****** ******* should be aware of any theft of packages that occur.

      In response to our request for the report the customer told ** to "do it ourselves" via email message.

      For some reason the customer does not want to report this to the *****com which does raise red flags.  They have filled out basically the same information with ****** and now the BBB.

      At this time the customer has disputed the charge with ****** and as we have told the customer, we cannot take any further action on the order while there is an activate case in the ****** system.

      We have responded to customer enquires and also the ****** enquiry made by the customer.

      Again, we offered to send replacements but would need the cooperation of the customer.
