    He won't repair my unit and it's under warranty. I would leave a -100 rating if possible.

    This business, Rose Heating and AC, installed a Heating/AC unit for me in March 2022. Last summer there was a freon leak resulting in over $1400.00 + repair bill. I contacted the Rose business & was told they no longer service homes in Pulaski Co. KY. They added that their customers were “turned over to” Jeffries, which Jeffries has denied! In addition, the office manager was rude, loud, impatient and attempted to tell me what was wrong with the unit, rather than allow me to speak with Mr. Rose OR a technician which installed the unit! My past bill from KU showed an increase of over $300.00 due to a compressor failure. The estimated cost, with compressor under warranty, is $1260.00, which I am currently waiting with my heat on auxillary, for the compressor to arrive in Somerset then the wait for installation! I am extremely stressed and disappointed regarding the repair bills ( some $2660.00) which I’ve incurred due to a defective/lemon of a heating/ac unit along with the inconvenience/discomfort of NOT having “regular/normal” heat! My KU bill will continue to increase until this latest repair is taken care of! Again, I reiterate not only my concern but for possible future customers that might consider this “Rose” business! Thank you for your prompt attention to this frustrating experience!!!!!
