    Fish Hut was contacted about fixing our pond because pipes froze and made the waterfall and filtration system stop working. Fish Hut came to our house on February 29 and quoted our job $1855. That same day, Fish Hut requested half of the money up front for job (half of $1855 original quote). On February 29, Fish Hut was paid $928.00 via check. Fish Hut was suppose to come on March 14/15 to start job. He never showed, and he called a few days later to say he was coming. On March 15 electrician was called to come look at box needed for filter to run to. Electrician came on March 25 to fix electrical box and that same day Fish Hut came to begin pumping out water and power washing pond to begin repairs. Fish Hut did not have proper pump to pump out water and I used my pump and I pumped out 3/4 of the water. Claimed after power washing that there were more holes that needed to be repaired at $40 each patch. This added on more cost and Fish Hut was paid a total of $2160.00. On March 21, Fish hut was paid $1232, remaining balance of original quoted price of $1855 and additional charges. That day Fish Hit said pond was fixed and could be filled and he would call to check in. Tried to fill pond that night, but it wouldn’t fill because holes weren’t repaired. Fish Hut would show up here and there and stay about 15-30 minutes. He brought a broken pump that was out of the box. I had to ask for the book for the pump. Multiple times he was caught in a lie about pond, pump, etc. requested an itemized statement about chargers. The statement does add up to the amount paid. The labor doesn’t add up to the amount he was paid. He posted false pictures of what my pond looked like before he did the work. He claimed false statements against myself when I went to his work to try to get this resolved. Now we are requesting BBB to get me a 100% refund.

    You had verbally assaulted my employees twice and myself once. You then came into my buisness and physically attacked me that resulted in you being trespassed permanently from the premises. I have all of the incidents on camera, and I filed a police report after you threatend to find and kill my family.

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Officer ******* at ****** ****** ****. on 6/12/24 around 2:45 p.m.There was no report filed and no trespassing issued. The statement is another one of his lies. The verbally assaulted he’s referring to is because of work he did not complete and also gave us a broken pump. He was paid for services not delivered.
