Terrible company. Inspected and sprayed in March. Termites found in May and they wouldn't do anything.Review from Yoel R

Very unprofessional. My wife and I have just purchased a house, our realtor had recommended this company to inspect our property. The inspector was suppose to contact our realtor about being let into the home. Our realtor was suppose to be present during the inspection due to fact me nor my spouse was unable to take off work to be present. Time went by after the agreed time, I contacted the realtor about the inspection. The inspector was suppose to contact her about the inspection time. Our realtor did not receive any contact or notification by the inspector. about anything being done. Later, he claimed our property had a termite infestation and was unable to get in the crawl space door, which is easy access to get underneath the house. I received a charge for an inspection from which I do not think ever took place. I went with another company and was provided proof such as photos and video for the inspection, and evidence for the fact we did not have termites but slight water damage.
