    My daughter went in to have her ignition switch replaced and ended up with a $300 oil change. They don’t know what an ignition switch is and wanted to replace the ignition lock cylinder. She knew more than them and refused the over $1,000 repair. They knew she was an out of town student and took advantage of her. Charged her $300 to change her oil.

    I have attached Five(5) attachments.  I have responded to *** ***** both on ****** and ******** where he left reviews.    As a 27 year ASE Certified Master Tech and with over 38 years of experience working on Vehicles,   I assure you I know what an ignition switch is, how the ignition electrical system works, and how to properly diagnose and test one.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response is the same as before. They are talking about and ignition lock cylinder. They were never asked to repair or diagnose an ignition lock cylinder. They were never authorized to do any diagnostics of any kind. The ignition switch is not part of the lock cylinder. They were only authorized to replace the ignition switch and perform an oil change.
