I have bought various items from them over the last few years and probably spent thousands of dollars with them. I usually buy something just about every week. Often the pieces are "ok" but several have been broken, missing parts or just did not function properly. The owner ***** has always been willing to work with me and refund my money or some of the items I have just thrown away. On 11/7/2023, I purchased two wicker chase lounges for a total of $483.36, premium prices. One of the chairs the ad noted "small blemish on side". Two of his workers, each carrying a chair loaded them into my truck. I live about 8 minutes from there. Once home we inspected the chairs and found that the wicker was literally falling apart in several areas and looks like maybe the wicker is even dry rotting on both chairs, far more damage than a "small blemish". Given my past dealings with ***** and thinking he was an honest person, I called immediately. I offered to return the chairs or to even negotiate a reasonable price and make do with them. He refused both offers and went as far as belittling me saying, I just had buyer's remorse, refused to even try to have a conversation with me and hung up on me. These people will never get another cent from me, and I caution everyone to be aware. I am now going to have to fight him through other avenues for what should have been an honest and trustworthy transaction. Oh, and btw, they charge your credit card before you ever get to see or pick-up your items. I have sent him pictures and videos of the condition of the chairs, and he has called me a scammer, accused me of switching the chairs, you name it.

This is auction site. They list items for sale and put on their front page listing what is wrong with items. However, I won a bid and found out after viewing on their last page of 6 pictures the item had so much damage it should have been junked. The item was also heavy and to large for a utility car. It required a pickup truck or moving van to load. Also at least 3 adults. So I would have hire people and rent transportation to get tge item. All in all, this deceptive purchase would cost $85 for winning plus over $130 or more to pickup. Their ay listing items makes buyers believe they'll disclose what is visually wrong if they can see it. This Item boxed looked close and perfect from the photos. The front pages stock photo. After 6 pictures the last one displays the item was so damaged it looked like a hammer was used to break it. I paid for the item before seeing it as required now. The owner and staff were rude, dismissive. It seems like that make a habit of alienating buyers on a regular and feel no remorse in scamming. I believe on items they wish to get rid of they periodically list and disclose what's wrong with other listing when the item would still sale because it's not really an issue with the item as being sale worthy. This way on other listing you as the buyer are confident that all items that have damage they know about is described on the front page listing. If your not careful and have only had time to look at the listing during the auction your going to be used. I believe ***** auction uses deceptive marketing and listing strategies to confused and attract bids. Shame on you and this is no way to run a business.
