    Took my vehicle here for smoking under the hood, and indicating coolant low. they verified that they could work on foreign vehicles said the fuel pump and the intake needed changed, payed $2,700 for labor and parts, 3 weeks later (quoted 1 1/2 weeks), and 3 separate trips claiming it was fixed, we would come to get the vehicle and the car wouldn’t start in their lot after they worked on it with a check engine light on They are claiming all of these “new issues” are from a sensor and that they could clear error codes but we would need to get it towed 2 hours the manufacturing company cause it’s out of their hands. My vehicle will not start, and I have a video from where it is STILL smoking when we took it home after 3 weeks and 2,700. This business took our money, did not fix the promised issued to fix, but then made it worse. We asked for our money back cause we now have to get it towed and fixed - they refused and told us to take their car off their lot and they would have us removed if we didn’t. This is unacceptable.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
