On 01/31/2025 I was in a 4-5 car pile up in their car wash. I submitted a claim that day due to damage on my car. I was rear-ended. There was a car stuck in the front of the car wash, 2 more cars behind that car. I was 4th in line and ended up getting rear ended. I have e-mailed ******* ******** twice but have received no updates. I haven't even received a refund for the wash that day that I was charged TWICE for. 27.00x2. I don't even know where to take my car for an estimate on the damage, because they have provided zero information to me.

On Sunday. October 27, I went to the Strawberry Hills location of Finish Line Car Wash in Paducah, KY. The attendant said she would do the button pushing for me on the screen. She “accidentally” charged me for an upgraded car wash of $17 when I asked for the basic $11 car wash. I inquired and she said she must’ve got the wrong button. I asked for an immediate refund and cancellation so I could get what I wanted. I was told that was not possible at the store location and that I would have to call customer service to do that. The manager then came out and told me the same thing. I have tried multiple times to reach someone and no one will answer the phone to help. Online they have no way to email or message. I have been given no way to reach someone for help. I know it’s only $17 but it seems they have a great system where their employees can “accidentally” over charge and then they make it so difficult to reach someone that you give up. I did not get my car washed that day. I exited the line because I was told if I went through the car was I could not get a refund. I just feel there is some shady practices going on.

I ended my service with Finish line a few months ago and they stopped payment. Months later they charged my old bank account I use only for my medication and finish line overdrafted my account so they took money out plus I have a overdraft fee even though I do not have any business with them nor have I authorized a transaction with them and I no longer utilize their facilities. I spoke to a rep which stated the fee wasn’t any of their problem or concern and that their ****** ***** **** system had messed up and charged old clients that are no longer with the business and they would only refund what they withdrew. I have to wait days no for a refund for meds that can impact my health and now I’ll have to see a doc for emergency shots which means I’ll lose even more money. This is on finish line and I need this resolved. I have been on hold and I can screen shot a pic 4hours 16minutes as of me typing this.

I ended my membership with this company in 2022. However, I noticed that they have made an unauthorized charge to my bank account today 10/28/24. I would like to my funds returned to my account as well as an apology for the inconvenience.

The employees were still operating the car wash knowing it was malfunctioning. It was not putting out any soap dry brushes went on my dry paint to scratch it. I couldn't even get a refund. They wouldn't even give me a receipt because they said the computer was down! A police officer was ahead of me he even suggested for them to shut it down but they did not.

On July 19, I visited the Finish Line Car Wash in Paducah. As I pulled up to get my car washed, they said that I could have a month of unlimited car washes for $16.00. I agreed and they ran my credit card. I was NEVER informed that this would be a monthly subscription. In fact, the entire conversation took less than a minute. When I received my credit card bill for this month, I noticed that Finish Line had charged my card $19.99 for a monthly subscription. Once I realized what had happened, it was also very arduous to cancel the subscription. I had to wait on the phone for over 25 minutes to speak to a representative to do so. Trying to cancel it online also proved difficult. This is a very deceptive, fraudulent practice. Salespeople are advertising that you can get a month of car washes for a certain price and not disclosing that this is an ongoing monthly subscription for which they will continue to charge your card. I am less concerned with my refund than I am that others are made aware of the company's actions.

I have had (2) car wash packages with this company for years (we are and have always been a (2) vehicle household) and noticed that since January, they have been charging me for (2) auto packages a month. Reached out for a refund request of $137.93 for the Jan-July 2024 unauthorized charges. They have issued a refund of $53.97 but say they will only refund 3 months.

On 3/28/24, myself and two others were involved in a accident due to equipment failure at Finish Line Car Wash in West Paducah, KY. All three vehicles sustained damage from a part of the automatic car wash breaking and hitting our vehicles. We called the police and filed a report and the staff of Finish Line took down information as well. There was not a manager who was able to speak to any of us involved. I tried contacting ******* ******** *** who owns Finish Line Car Wash and the phone was never answered. I left messages and sent emails on how to get the damages resolved. They requested to have two estimates done and return for review. They then approved an estimate for a local body shop and said they would pay them directly. They also said they would reach out to schedule the repairs. I had to contact the body shop and then asked Finish Line about a car rental. They told me they would reimburse me for the rental. I have a problem with that. Number one, I do not have the financial resources to pay $700 out of pocket for damages on my car that were not my fault in the first place. I am a single income household. ******* ******** failed to reimburse me for the monthly membership fee of $34 that I was unable to use due to the damage of my car anyway. I have no other vehicle available to drive while it is being repaired. My family lives in Mississippi. I have to have a way to get to my job. I can't depend on them reimbursing me my entire 2 week income in a timely fashion as they would not the $34 for their own membership that was not used due to their faulty equipment. 3/28/24 until 6/10/24 time between damages and being repaired. Now I have to inform my employer and may lose my job because I can't get to work. Obviously they are not filing a claim with insurance and why should I have to, this was not my fault! They are putting me in a worse financial situation and ultimately they do not care.

My daughter, who is 17, purchased unlimited carwashes from Finish Line Carwash. In early September, she decided that she no longer needed it and went to the carwash to cancel her subscription. She was given a card with a QR code to cancel online. She used the QR code and it said that it had been canceled. Early January, I looked at her bank account (which my name is also on) and her account has been charged $24.99 per month in September, October, November, December, and January. I went to Finishline to try and clear this up, but was also told I had to get online or was given a phone number. They did say that this account has not been used for a wash since August. I called, they wouldn't discuss this with me because my name was not on there. She has emailed multiple times and they did respond that the account was canceled but they will not refund the money because they are not showing any attempts to cancel. When I asked my daughter, she again ensured me exactly what had happened and she would have had no other way of knowing these things, than the fact that she had been on the website and attempted to cancel.

We bought our unlimited monthly gold wash package never had a issue and the last time we went through we came out and had a black oily substance All over our vehicle went back up the lady came out said it was the tire shine machine was dirty to pull back through she was going to prime it , upon leaving we noticed our grille was broke and the emblem for our Volkswagen was missing we went back to the location and the lady had our emblem said we could super glue it back on there we informed her it was not super glued on prior to going in the carwash as we had just bought the vehicle and had checked everything on our car prior to buying it she says she will file a claim but don’t count on them repairing it as they never do on multiple claims they do . Almost two weeks later we get a email saying they reviewed camera footage and that they will not be repairing our broken antenna!! Our antenna is not damaged we can not get a email back and it’s not the fact of wanting money it’s the fact it broke our grille and emblem and we want it repaired as clearly if they would look at cameras it was intact when we went in and obviously damaged by the carwash as they had our emblem!
