Thief , He stole 1500 dollars from me. I paid up front this money and i tried calling him serval time with no reply for months so I had to go with another contractor. He was supposed to work with the insurance company to apply the money for fixing my roof which he never did. After the Insurance company had closed the claim. I had to argue with the insurance for months to get them to open the claim up again. No help from West Ky roofing at all.

Sir we have spoke to you about this matter and you are the one that bre contract. It plainly states that the deductible or down payment is non refundable. As I told you multiple times if there's anyone you should be mad at it's your insurance company for trying to do a small portion of your roof. We were in the process of making them do this but it takes time and a lot of documentation in order for them to actually do what is right and fully replace the roof per KY matching law. We tarped your roof when no one else would and you were more than happy about that however being the fact that State Farm only wanted to fix it partially we could not come out and do the roof completely until they were on board with the proper full replacement. We didn't steal anything from you and you chose to have someone else do the roof and now your upset because we won't refund your deductible when the contract you signed clearly states it isn't refundable not once but two times on the contract. I am sorry you feel the way you feel but as I told you on the phone we would have gotten them to fully replace it had you not told us you were going to breach our contract and get another company out there. I personally made two trips to your house to begin with and also sent a crew to tarp the roof so how did we do nothing is my question to you. I also spent time on the phone with State Farm attempting to get them to honor a full replacement but I guess that isn't doing anything either. Furthermore your deductible was 1425 dollars not 1500. We applied two tarps to your roof equaling approx 700 sq ft which is 1.00 per sq ft on tarp fees. That's half of your deductible right there and I made two separate trips out there myself along with time spent trying to get State Farm to do the entire roof so there's that as well that you have not took into account apparently that time is money. We have not ever ran into this issue before and had you not called me at 1030 at night cursing me I might have been more inclined to work with you on returning a portion of the deductible but you have chose to act this way instead. I do not appreciate being called a thief especially when we were trying to help you with your insurance claim and this is the type of response I get. I know you have read the contract because I sent it to you with the areas highlighted regarding the deductible payment. If you want to call me and discuss this professionally and not curse me then maybe we can work this out. You have my number. Thank you
