Saturday July 29 Aussie Pet Mobile came to my house to groom my Shihpo the man put my dog on his leash & proceeded to his van he told me it would be 45 mins until he was finished. once he was finished, I paid him gave him a tip & he left. when I went into the house, I notice blood coming from my dog's foot 2 hind feet. I called him back he told me he was coming back. he took my dog back to his truck & asked me did I have some peroxide I said yes, he also had some. it took him about 10 to 15 minutes he brought the dog back to me & still notice the bleeding he took him back to the van a 2nd time & did the same thing he did the 1st time. I told him & if it doesn't get better, I was taking him to the vet. I have been calling since Saturday the 29th Sunday, Monday & today Tuesday August requesting a refund for VERY POOR service no one has returned my calls.Initial Complaint

On Friday 9/2/22 I had my dog groomed by ****, besides the horrible cut he injured my dog. She can barely walk and both of her eyes were hemorrhaging. He said he did nothing to her and that she was just old Yes, she is 13 but was in excellent health before she got in his van. I took her to the vet and was told this was due to strangulation. I have contacted the owner of the company and was told that I would be reimbursed for medical expenses but this does not change the horrible treatment that my dog endured. I notified the groomer with the information from the vet and his response was that my dog was old and needed to be put down anyways and I can go to **** for not paying him. The police was contacted and they said it was a civil matter. I’m not sure what steps to take next but I wanted to spread the word before “****” groomed someone else’s dog. My dog is still sick and I shave over $1000 in vet bills. I have contacted the owner and he keeps making excuses for not turning my claim into his insurance company.
