              I purchased a carport to help protect my camper from the elements. I wanted the carport to be 12 foot high. After they complete the carport, it turn out to be 15 foot or higher. When I notified the company they said that the posts were 12 foot and the roof was going to be higher. I advise them that no one from the company told me that. I explained the if they would have told me that I would have ordered a shorter carport, I told them that it's so high I won't get any protection from the weather. I didn't ask for it to be replaced. But under the circumstances, I believed extra siding would help protect it. All they said was they were sorry and I haven't heard from them since. I did hear from ***** ******* and they wanted my contact information and that they would contact me. I never did back from them either.
