In 2018 I traded a car with no car note in for a 2015 KIA Optima, which within the first 3 months of having this vehicle the engine started to act funny and with the lights on. I took it back because of their "warranty" didn't you have a 24 month/24000 miles on your warranty??? the old man said its the engine we don't cover that "oh well," I went through their loan department ****** ********** and at 22.9% is PREDATORY even though I had a credit score of 650 beware they are a sublime loan company which are in court as we speak for Civil Law Suits. This car KIA spent 85 days in the shop, the tires kept blowing out, the engine light kept coming on! In Dec 2020, went to my dads house to check the mail came home and the next morning, MY CAR WAS SMOLDERING IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!! It had burnt down to my driveway my tires were melted to the driveway my insurance company gave what the burnt out car what is was worth it was totaled $5,000. AND I had full insurance its the law in KY unless its bought out right I went personally to talk to Budget and they told me oh well!!! ****** ********** added the finance charge and the amount financed = $41,009.76!! That is what they want, and that is what's on my credit report a 2015 KIA Optma with a recall which I didn't get until Jan 2021 a little too late!!!!!!! From 2018-2020 I paid 15,000 plus all the time that it was in the shop!! YOU ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM IN KENTUCKY, AND EVEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL KNOWS YOUR A SCAM!! THANKS FRED L*******!!!!!!!! I asked for help and got a BIG F YOU. And I could care less about you helping 35000 during your scam work, you and your loan ****** ********** has put my gov job in jeopardy, yea you help people alright. YOUR A TYPICAL CAR SALES MAN.

Kim I’m sorry we couldn’t help you out. Happy you got a car from ford. We seen in the past if we take a hold check the customer will be responsible for payment of car and down payment which typically it makes tuff on a customer’s budget. Good luck in the future. Tony Ps we typically help 150 to 200 people a month with a safe worry free nicer newer vehicle that has credit issues, owe to much on their trade, in a bankruptcy, first time buyer, been turned down at another lot or just wants a new vehicle.

Sherie (African American lady) was VERY rude and disrespectful. Because we showed up before closing time, she was annoyed and pissed from her body language and attitude. She yelled at us and slammed my phone on the counter for no reason at all. She also called my Caucasian girlfriend a white cracker and to call customer service right in front of her to “see what happens.” Very unprofessional

They sold me a car that was under recall and I never knew about it until the issue happened to my car and I had to send it back to the lender bc I couldn’t afford to fix the issue, and the whole time I could’ve taken it to a dealership to be repaired for free. They sold me a lemon of a car. Also when I purchased the car it needed work a day after purchasing, and then was supposed to go to a dealership to get repaired and they stopped taking my phone calls and ignored my messages and never called back.

In regards to this complaint, this vehicle is an older model with high miles. It is not the typical type of vehicle that we sell. Ms. ******** was advised of all of the inherent problems associated with buying a car like this. It was explained to her that we would not warranty this vehicle in any way. She also signed a form acknowledging that she is accepting the vehicle in the condition that it was in at the time of sale. It was also explained to her that this purchase was non-refundable. She signed three separate forms declaring this vehicle was as-is.

On March 20th I purchased a 2016 ford fusion from Ramone. They made it seem like the ford fusion was the only option they could sell me, even though their slogan is “no credit is bad credit”Well not even a week into having it I had to put my car in the shop because it had a hesitation when switching gears.During that time they replaced the whole transmission. My car stayed in the shop for about a month because Budget had bad communication with the warranty, I had to continuously call and stay on top of them for them to do THEIR job. When we got my car back from the first shop my radio screen had been broken somehow, mind you this isn’t even a week into having the car. After we got the car back the problem still persisted. So we had to have our car towed to ANOTHER shop. ( I had to MAKE budget cover the cost of the tow truck) At this point I’ve made about two months worth of payments on a car I’ve drove maybe one week. The warranty had covered the cost of those problems. On June 26th we brought the car to the Ford Dealership for the last time to be worked on because there was three recalls and a control arm that was bad. I was promised that Jimmy would cover the cost of what the warranty didn’t cover. When the Ford Dealership called for me to pick up the car Jimmy would not answer any texts nor calls, I was left hanging. I had to find a way to come up with about 300$ in order to get my car out of the shop. Jimmy didn’t cover anything. After receiving my car out of the shop in June, only two of the three recalls were replaced and my car CONTINUES to have problems.I bought this car because my previous car was broke down in my driveway. Not even six months later I’m in the same predicament. Jimmy still refuses any of my texts or calls and my reviews have been deleted off of their Facebook and I’ve been blocked. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere…

They lied about documents I needed. Then I had to resubmit documents at least three different times. They never told me I had to make my first payment to them. I was told to wait for the bank to call me for an interview complete the interview and then once I got a welcome text then I could make my first payment. When I tried to make my first payment after 45 days I kept being told no account was found and the proper documentation was never submitted to the bank. Nobody told me a specific date to make my first payment. Now these people are calling me trying to say I missed my first car payment. When according to the bank my first payment was due in February which it’s paid in full. Now because of these vultures mistakes I now owe a whole another car payment to budget which I clearly can not afford there’s a reason why I break my payment down to twice a month I’m already making more of a payment than I expected which is honestly too much for a 2016 Honda civic one I can barely afford but needed a car asap and have chapter 7 which didn’t drop my credit score much I should not have to pay for their mistake

If the proper documents were brought in on time, this deal would have funded in a timely manner and there would have been no problems. The reason why the first payment needed to be made to the dealership is because by the time the deal funded, it was within 10 days of the first payment being due so the bank short funded us in the amount of the first payment. All of this is documented.

Should not have been lied to about what paperwork I needed from the get go when you deal with the state it takes time. Not my fault once again either way I have no documentation of any of this not my fault bank short funded I should have been informed about the payment either way guess you all thought you should not have informed me and your people should not have lied said bank statements from retirement will work it’s okay I will never do business again and will never recommend you all
