    Shoddy work; when I called them to fix it, they said it was fine. Jason C. text me with an angry text that I cost him money. Doors were not to standard, centers were 24 and 26 inches in places, unsquare framing... etc.

    We hired Jason C****, Xpress Maintenance & Remodeling, to remodel our master bath. We paid 1/2 upfront, and per our contract, the remaining 1/2 was due at job completion. Throughout the process, we expressed our concerns about the quality of work that was being done by his employees. He continually assured us that everything would be completed to our satisfaction by the time the project was complete. One 12/29/21, Mr. C**** emailed the final invoice. He never performed a final inspection. He has not been to our home since 11/23/21. He sent an additional email, the same date, acknowledging the job was not complete. He stated he would let us know when he could come to our home to complete the project. He did not contact us, nor would he respond to our attempts to contact him. We then received a letter from his attorney stating the job was completed 12/29/21 and demanding payment. He has since placed a lien on our home, forcing us to pursue legal action. Another contractor has been to our home and stated the only way to fix all the issues with the shower is to completely tear it out and start over.

    Jason and His Crew are the Very Best at what they do, they have done work for me for the last few years from large jobs to small jobs and i have always been impressed and very happy with the jobs done.
