I went to Swest Valley Med Clinic for an ED consultation because of the massive advertising on TV about curing ED, and regrowing vessels, and restoration. I had a similar experience as the previous person, where I saw the doctor who guaranteed everything would be restored. Informed doctor I didn't have an issue with erections, but lost some length and he assured me that I wld see results after the first session, as many others have in just a couple. Well, I was immediately rushed into a room with the finance guy who pulled up info on his cell phone, and explained to me this 0% option, for 60 mos. I was also told I could cancel txtment anytime and receive a refund with no penalty. Well, I tried to cancel after the 2nd treatment,, and I was given an email address by the clinic to cancel. I was told that I couldn't cancel by [email protected], and was told to give it a few more treatments. The clinic also sent them numerous emails asking them to refund with no success. I even tried contacting ******* who gave me a contact number for a lady who never answers the phone, nor returns call. Later I find out that the 0% option has to be paid in 18 mos., but the system nowhere reflects your 0% except on their end. I eventually ended up doing 4 more sessions against my own will, and was left with 12, which I have no plans of completing. ******* told me that they were receiving tons of similar complaints. Once I requested a phone number, I stopped receiving responses from email. Requested a refund several times in the clinic, email, and by phone. Because of fraudulent info, false claims, and inability to view contract, I believe a full reversal/adjustment should be done, and ideally a refund of any payments received. I wanted to get back to you after we spoke last week about the above referenced complaint that was received by the BBB. Mr. ******’s complaint has been looked into with the medical provider and it has been addressed.

Today I received the attached letter from BBB regarding ******** ****** #******** that you and I spoke about previously. Apparently from his letter, he isn’t happy with his response from First & Peoples Bank and Trust Co. and feels as though more should be done.
The merchant confirmed he received multiple treatments and was present at the clinic during the application/loan contact signing process. They have also said they will not be issuing a refund, partial or full, for this loan. Regarding his claim about the promotional period, the clinic may have given him incorrect information, however the promotional period he chose during the application process is listed on the loan contract under ‘Other Terms’. Also, this loan is current.

I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS RESPONSE AS I WAS INFORMED THAT ANYTIME I WANTED TO DISCONTINUE TREATMENTS, I WOUD RECEIVE A REFUND. AT A MINIMUM, I AM OWED A REFUND OF THE REMAINING 12 TREATMENTS. I'VE ONLY RECEIVED 6. I AM OWED A $3,333 REFUND AT A MINIMUM. THE OFFICE CAN'T BAIT AND GIVE INFORMATION, AND CORPORATE TRY TO WASH THEIR HANDS BY SAYING IT MAY HAVE BEEN AN ERROR. THE SW OFFICE HAS EMAILED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE REQUESTING A REFUND FOR ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I AM TRYING TO AVOID POSTING MY EXPERIENCE ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.

I went to the ********* Medical Associates for a consultation for ED. After a sham examination by someone that represented himself as a doctor, he immediately hustled me into a finance office. Where without my knowledge or consent, he set me up with a third-party loan that I did not ask for and certainly didn't want or need. When I got home, I had all these emails from loan companies I have never heard of. Including FIRST & PEOPLES BANK AND TRUST CO and ZuntaFi. Explaining my loan agreement When I tried explaining to the load companies that I did not ask, oaky, or agree to any loan. They said that it was too late that ********* Medical was already paid. When I confronted ********* Medical, they said that to return the money I would have to give them a credit card. I do not want their services and I was going to pay for nothing. I was also lied to by the fast-talking tell you whatever you want to hear finance manager. Who told me that my insurance would reimburse me thy won't.Business Response

To the Bank's knowledge funds were returned and the trade line was removed from the individuals credit report. This matter has been considered resolved on the behalf of the parties involved. The fraudulent load was repaid after a deal with the attorney general's office. However, it has NOT been removed from my credit report as stated. My credit as stated by their fraud partner was 850. It is now 811 and that is the only thing added to it. The lender, ******* ***** is reporting this new account to the credit bureaus.
