      On November 16 2022, I ordered lights for my vehicle costing $1082,29. On 10 Nov 22, I ordered a bumper, winch and all accessories required for install costing $2427.40. The bumper, winch and lights were to be installed on 30 Dec 22. I received a call the day before stating that the company sent the rear bumper instead of the front bumper and that it would probably take another 2 weeks but would keep me informed and send the tracking number when the order shipped. I received no such thing. I kept calling and she kept telling me she would check the status and follow up with me which never happened. Finally got an answer back saying they had dropped the hooks off at powder coat on Feb 16th. Then they said there was issue with powder coat. I called, texted them and even sat outside the business to try to get info on when they would install my bumper. I finally asked for a full refund on 30 Apr 2022 and have been given the run around since.

      I first started dealing with Wreckless Motorsports in October of 2021 for a lift, wheels, & tires for my Jeep. It took until January 2022 for everything to come in because of errors in the wheel order (Toyota wheels first came in). I was still 1 wheel short (my spare). I have waited and waited for the other wheel, contacting them often to check on the order. 2 weeks ago I dropped my tire off to Lewis and he said he would have it ready within a week, he said in an email that my spare wheel was in the shop. After a week I began calling/texting. He had plenty of excuses. I went on Friday and picked up my tire. He was persistent that I could come back on Monday for my wheel, even after me asking multiple times for him to just give it to me. I made it clear I was leaving with the wheel I paid for. He gave the wheel and I took the tire/wheel to a different shop. It was there we discovered the lug nut size was too big for a Jeep, it was the size for a Toyota, which made sense why Lewis didn’t want to give me the wheel. Even though the (opened) box was the right information. I returned that wheel today and Lewis gave me a cash refund. After 18 months of being patient, I am done with this poorly ran company. Throughout my experience with Wreckless, he has been very difficult to respond to texts/calls/emails/fb messages. Most the time I would have to drive to the shop to get an answer. There are other reliable shops that do great work, save yourself the headache of dealing with this place. Lewis will give you the go-around and tell lies after lies. On top of everything, because the wires for my cube lights to the switch panel were not properly ran through a plug under my hood, behind my dash. It caused a leak that water would end up in my driver side floor. That has been since fixed by a mechanic at a different shop.
