    In late March I received a recall notice on my Ford vehicle concerning a safety issue with the transmission. I consulted a Ford dealership within 10 miles of my home and was told that they would not do the recall work. I then called Alton Blakely Ford which is about 60 miles from my home, who agreed to do the work. My ********, ***** Phillsip contacted them and set up a date to take the vehicle in. At that time he asked them if he should have it towed or brought in on a rollback. He was told no, he could drive it, just "be careful". When he dropped it off they said it would be a while because the part was difficult to get. They kept the vehicle for 7 months without repairing it. At this time I asked for a loaner vehicle, I am 82 years old and needed a way to get around in case of emergency. I was told that none were available. Different family members checked on it periodically and were always told, "We are waiting on the part". Each time I was told no loaner vehicle was available. In late November they notified my ******** that the part had arrived. However, they said that because the car had been driven in to the dealership the clutch in the transmission had burned out and it was not covered under the recall. Therefore, it would cost almost $2500. to repair it and get my car back. So, after 7 months of holding my vehicle for a free recall repair, they now want to charge me $2500 to repair my car, when their mechanics advised my ******** to drive the car down there. I would much rather paid the tow bill as the $2500.00 for the repair that was a direct result of the faulty part they were supposed to replace.

    Went into the dealership 11/30/21. I test drove a car only to drive it, while I was on test drive the sales Sales manager Tony L**** had to of gotten my social security number off of my paper work from previously when I got a car in March 2021 and had already contacted my currently loan company got a pay off, and before I even got back to the dealership my credit was already pulled MULTIPLE times. I did not sign anything nor ever agree to have my credit ran at all as it was a test drive. I have text messages from the salesman where he states on 12/01/21 I did not ever give consent to have my credit ran nor did he ever tell anyone to run it. The manager took it upon himself to run it and have now I have 14 hard inquiries. I tried to talk to the owner Al Blakley, I was told he wasn't there I had to talk to Paul H****** the GM. He said he would call me back twice never did on 12/01/21. That evening I contacted an attorney he advised me to go to the county attorney's office and that it was a crime to use/disclose someone's personal information without consent. I went back to the dealership on 12/02/21 to again try to talk to the OWNER I again was forced to talk to Paul who literally sat across from me and stare with a straight face the entire time only saying "ok" & "well I can't reverse it now". He couldn't show me a signed credit app because he as well as the salesman knows I never signed anything. This business FRAUDULENTLY ran my credit in which will affect me for 2 years (when they'll be taken off) And they had no explanation or were of any help for a mess they created! Horrible business!!!
