Placed an order two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. When I check the “tracking information” they provided, it says the package can’t be found in the database. I emailed customer service about this a few days ago and was told the tracking number they give in the email isn’t a real tracking number, it’s intended to be a confirmation number and it cannot be tracked. Admitting they provide a false tracking number is extremely sketchy and even if the order actually does show up, I won’t be doing business with them in the future.Heirloom Traditions Paint

Sorry! We don't provide fake tracking numbers. Because color cards and color swatches don't meet the weight requirement, they have to go out first class. USPS's policy states that first class mail doesn't include tracking. Unfortunately, we have no control over their policy. If you still haven't received your color card, you can reply back to the last message we sent to you and we can send out a replacement. Thank you!Review fromPaul M

Ordered $226.92 on 2-26-24. Today 3-7-24, No confirmation, no return phone calls, no emails. Paid extra for insurance transport. Have left numerous phone messages and emails. Crickets!! I haven't back from them AT ALL. They now have my personal info, I have nothing in return. Highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Last four digits of order number 2833. I'm sure they'll come forward with some sad story. Seriously dont!! Your costumer service is non existent. Unbelievable!Heirloom Traditions Paint

Sorry! It looks like someone called you back on Wednesday but they received a fast busy signal both times they tried to contact you. Another customer service rep replied back to your email on Wednesday. It looks like your order was shipped in two packages, on 3/5. If you'd like to respond back to the email we sent, or send another one, we can send you the tracking numbers if you don't have access to them. Per our Order Terms, and those agreed upon at checkout. it typically takes 3-5 business days to fulfill orders and anywhere from 2-10 days for standard shipping transit time. Unfortunately, shipping fell a little behind, as mentioned in the response to one of your emails, and yours was shipped on the 6th business day. It looks like it's still in transit and updating with active tracking information. Hope that helps! https://www.allinonepaint.com/order-terms-privacyReview fromLynn O

They promote their paint as quick and almost fool proof. No! I experienced neither. Despite following their process my cabinet doors turned into a god awful mess. They do not impart certain facts until after your paint job fails. Then they tell you it could take 1 to 2 hrs for the first coat to dry before you apply the second coat. Even before knowing that I actually waited 1 HR before applying the second coat which wiped off the first coat. ??? Now I am out $132.00 and a couple of messed up cabinet doors. They offer no compensation despite sending them pics. All I have gotten is tips on correctly using their paint to which I already did in the first place. I would never recommend using their products.Heirloom Traditions Paint

Per our order terms & conditions, agreed upon at checkout, it is impossible for us to guarantee an outcome on a DIY project that is working on a variety of used surfaces. However, we are committed to helping customers work through issues with their projects via our customer support channels (www.allinonepaint.com/contact). We have over half a million customers that are very satisfied with their project outcome and we're confident that if the customer allows us to help them through their project, they can have a successful outcome as well. Most of the time, issues are related to cleaning (oils present on the surface), not applying the product correctly (including not using the correct tools), or a surface problem. All of these issues are something that can be worked through.Review fromKelli T

I am writing to complain about the labeling of the product. The product itself was fine. However, in the midst of cleaning out my cabinets and reorganizing, my 2 year old got hold of the brush and tool cleaner and drank some. We called poison control who directed us to the hospital because the lack of information on the label about what was in the bottle. The doctor at the hospital was just as concerned as poison control about the lack of information on the bottle and that the bottle did not have a child proof cap if it contained harmful ingredients. I believe this company should change the packaging to include a child safe lid for their bottles and to give a full list of ingredients and the strength of any potentially harmful ingredients.Heirloom Traditions Paint

Sorry to hear about this situation and I hope your 2 year old is okay! All of our products are labeled properly, with safety and regulatory requirements as the top priority. They all come with labels and the Brush & Tool cleaner specifically mentions to keep it out of reach of children, which is fairly typical of all labels. It also includes first aid instructions, in the event that the product is swallowed, gets on skin or in eyes. On the bottom of the label, it includes disposal instructions. It also states that it contains Sodium Metasilicate in bold letters, at the very top, which is a commonly used base for dish and laundry detergent formulations . Unfortunately, the BBB doesn't let us upload images of the labels. We also always keep copies of MSDS's on site, in the event that Poison Control, customers or any other entities need a more detailed list of what is in a specific product that we sell. We can always send copies of those via email, in the event that it is requested. Unfortunately, Poison Control never reached out to us to obtain a Safety Data Sheet and we weren't made aware of this situation until just now. Please don't hesitate to request one in the event that you ever need one. Again, I hope your 2 year old is well. Thank you for the feedback, it's always appreciated.Review fromSheryl A

I’m writing a complaint concerning customer service and their backing of product. I ordered 2 different sample jars of paint to test on my bathroom cabinets. The package was delivered on time; however, one jar had leaked onto the jar and packaging material. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures about returning the defective jar for a replacement jar. I contacted customer service twice in a two-week period. I then posted on social media my disappointment in not receiving a response from the company. Soon after my post, I received a rude email from customer service claiming that they HAD contacted me with steps that I need to take before returning the jar. I dispute this claim, but that’s for another day! The steps I am required to perform BEFORE this company will replace the jar is as follows: 1. Open the leaking jar. 2. Take pictures of the amount of paint remaining in jar 3. Send pictures to customer service 4. Then wait for their “approval” to honor my request. First, I’m not going to tamper with the defective jar. I want to return the jar AS I RECEIVED, so the company can properly assess the problem . Secondly, In no way am I trying to “get a free” jar out if this deal. My initial email stated that I wanted to return the defective jar for a new one. Never have I been asked TO PROVE a product to be defective, nor do I care WHY it leaked. I just want what I paid for ….an unopened, new sample jar of paint. I didn’t purchase a defective can, so why must I accept it? If this is the company’s policy “customers should accept leaking jars as long as there’s enough paint left in the jar to test a color “, then state it in your ads. If not, I plan to send the unopened (by my hands) jar back to corporate office and let them decide whether or not to stand by their product or ignore this disgruntled customer. Unfortunately, I’ll have to pay for the return shipping; however, this is about principle, not the money.Heirloom Traditions Paint

Sorry! Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges (https://www.allinonepaint.com/order-terms-privacy). It looks like you contacted customer service and they responded back and are still just waiting on pictures so we can either resend the item or issue a refund for it. We do require specific pictures, as outlined in the reply, because we have to submit them to the carrier when we file damage reports. Once we get the pictures, we can move forward. It has nothing to do with trying to prove that something is or is not damaged, we believe that damages were incurred during shipping, but we do need to have pictures so we can file the claim with the carrier. If you'd still like to send them over, you can respond directly back to the original ticket and we can take care of it. Thanks!Review fromDiDi B

2 starsI am extremely disappointed. First, when I went to order using their promo coupon at checkout I received the message “coupon not valid” so didn’t receive my % off the order. So, I placed the order that was to arrive on 6/7; then 6/8; Fed-Ex update 6/9; now by end of day today, which I’m not holding out hope as. I contacted customer service yesterday and they advised my order was with Fed-Ex. I replied I knew this but I was charged by HT and not Fed-Ex. No offer to make things right with a discount on next order or anything. I will not be using this brand for future projects.Review fromAmanda M

5 starsI'm surprised by the bad reviews here. I've used HTP on at least 10 projects now with great results. Some projects have been done for almost 2 years and are still holding up great. I think if you prep correctly and follow directions, you'll be happy with the results. A lot of people don't have a clue what they're doing and get mad at the company.Review fromMary S

First of all the owner isn’t painting the furniture with her perfect manicure!! I painted 4 coats of white on one cabinet, still needed more paint, I messaged them which only made me more upset. A friend who paints cabinets for a living told me to stop and go buy sherwin Williams cabinet paint and a primer. Don’t waste your money on this so called all in one paint (I could scrap it off with my fingernail) do it right with a primer and cabinet paint such as sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore. Waste of time and moneyHeirloom Traditions Paint

It can take an extra coat or two when using white's. We mention it in our videos and also on our website. In order to get good coverage, the paint needs to be applied liberally. Also, we recommend giving the paint 30 days to fully cure and harden so if you're scraping it before it has had a chance to cure, it's definitely going to scrape off. All paint products need time to cure. As mentioned in previous correspondence, we'd be more than happy to offer some more guidance. If you'd like to reach back out to us, you're more than welcome to!Mary S

Extra coat or 2!! Seriously I put 4 coats on! It needed a least 2 more coats of you so called all in one!! Went to sherwin-Williams but a primer and cabinet paint one coat of each and I was done in two days. I worked on 1 cabinet with your paint for at least 3 hrs. It would have taken me weeks to finish.Review fromJoann D

I too am stunned to read the bad comments on here. I've been using Heirloom Traditions paint since March of 2020. First project was my very 70's kitchen, an ambitious undertaking! I found the paint easy to use. I watched many of their videos for prep and application (since it's a little bit different than regular paint) and they came out better than I could have imagined!! I've since done many furniture pieces with the paint and it's the only one I'll use. The durability of it surviving my kitchen with 4 dogs speaks for itself. It's a smooth and very durable finish with gorgeous colors to choose from. The one time I had an issue with their prep cleaner leaking it was taken care of quickly, customer service was wonderful. I had to come on here and show my support for the products and the company. Several friends I've recommended the paint to are also happy with it.Heirloom Traditions Paint
