Purchased a over range and a refrigerator in October 2021 for total $883. Cancelled the fridge the next day and was promised a refund of $400. After numerous phones/text and a credit card dispute filed, the company has refused to give me the refund, stating that the credit card dispute process had taken the money out of their business account. This is totally false, my credit card company charged me $883 initially, I filed the dispute and they refunded me $883 initially. A few weeks later they cancelled the dispute because the merchant said that the items were delivered which is total lie. While the range was delivered, the refrigerator was not because I had cancelled it. They have no proof of the delivery. As a result of the cancellation of the dispute, my CC re-charged me back $883. I tried to reason out with the merchant to get the $400 back but they have been extremely unhelpful and have said that they will not give me the refund. I have tried calling them 10s of time every day but no response. at this point I am filing this complaint in the hope of getting my $400 back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a refrigerator from Fast Track Appliance/******* ****** It was to be delivered on a Thursday and wasn't delivered until Sat. afternoon. I transferred all my food, plus I just went to the grocery and spent over 250.00. Refrigerator never worked, lost all my food, it took them over a week to pick the refrigerator up, which they did, but still have not refunded my money. I do have a written receipt and business card.
