This company came to my home to clean the air ducts. Afterwords I took another set of mold test and still had mold. The first guy that came told me that he had taken the furnace apart cleaned the fan and the inside of the furnace and installed a UV light and disinfected everything to kill the mold. So when I had mold in the test after all of this I contacted the company and they came back with another guy and he showed me the inside of the furnace that was not clean nor was the fan clean sell the first guy lied about it. The second time that they came they cleaned everything and did a few more services to make sure that the mold would be gone. I followed up with more mold test and actually have just as much or more mold than I had originally had to begin with. So I contacted them the third time and two technicians came out and said it could be a structural problem and showed me something in the garage which the HVAC service people who came after that said there’s no way that that could be the issue. When the guys were here for the second visit one of the technicians called his boss and told him the situation and the boss agreed to pay $560 back to us through Venmo by the end of the workday Tuesday May 28 and I still have not received any refund. The $560 was half of what the service cost and the service was only supposed to be $249 but they put a UV light on the furnace the first time and said that it was going to be $1100 even. The second time the technicians came the guy told me that the first UV light was not the proper light to put on the furnace and that the company got them free and he’s going to put a good one on so now I have two UV lights and more mold. The company has blocked me from Facebook and messenger and I have no contact with them at this time because I have ask for a refund. I am going to pursue this legally and ask for a full refund but I would like to let everyone know my situation. This is a health issue because I have four auto immune diseases.
