              My Frigidaire was part of a recall and this company was supposed to install the part Electrolux sent me for replacement. The guy called the day of, Tuesday, asking if he could come tomorrow, which I agreed to. The next day he did not show up all day until I had left the house for 15 minutes. I could see him on my camera and asked if he could wait 10 minutes since I would be right back. He said no, it was already after 5pm and he would come Saturday. I emailed the company with the email address on their page, as soon as it was clear he wasn't going to show up. Never heard from him again. Today is Monday and I had to call Electrolux and get them to send me another tech from another company. This is not the way to do business. I would rate them a ZERO if I could.

              First of all, let's clarify a few of things that you stated that's untrue. We spoke prior to my coming and agreed on a date and time to service your appliance. When we arrived as agreed upon, no one was home. As a courteous, I did call you and remind you of our appointment you then requested I give you 15 minutes and you would be there. I explained that I was unable to allow you an additional 15 minutes but did say that I may be able to squeeze you in the following day (Saturday) but would call you before arriving if I could prior to showing up. I was not able to fit you in on that weekend day. When I got in the office on the next business day you apparently decided to call the company that scheduled the appointment and lied and told them I showed up late and didn't return the next day. In which I never agreed too. Finally, at the end of the day this repair is and was not considered an emergency and you were the one to not keep our agreement and failed to contact my company to inform us that you or no one would be home as scheduled. My question to you is do I bill you for my trip charge for coming out or who will compensate us?

              You are the one lying. You called the day of the appointment which was a Tuesday, June 21st and said you couldn't make it! You said you'd come the next day, which you did but right at 5 pm. I had been waiting all day. You never called prior to arriving. You couldn't wait 10-15 minutes for me to get back. Fine. Then when you said you'd come on Saturday, and said you live right down the street, you just flat never showed, never called. Never heard from you again. I even emailed you that night. I have the email receipt. You are the liar. I waited from Tuesday to Monday and I think that's long enough. I gave you all day Monday to contact me. I called Electrolux at 9:43pm on Monday night to get someone else and he came 2 days later. End of story. P..S. I read the Google review about how you've done this before. No showed but turned in an invoice saying you did. I'm not paying you a cent and neither will the company. They have my report.
