    They placed an order with us on 9/20/22 to be shipped out 11/1. ******** order was shipped on 11/1 and invoiced on 11/2/22. Monthly statements are being sent each month. Follow up calls have been sent every two weeks. I even left messages on their blog asking for them to contact us to pay. ******** voice mail is full and the store worker says she will just leave a message for her. Emails with copies of the invoces have been sent out every time we call. We have even sent invoices in the mail just in case there is a problem with the email. And the store owner ****** has not tried to reach out to pay this invoice. I have offered to let her pay in partial payments or return any unsold books and the lady at the store continues to say that she will leave a message and the only number or email that she has is what we have on file.
