    The date of the transaction is the 1-5th every month at $945 a month. They swore to provide 24 hr emergency maintenance within the apartment complex and I have dealt with my ac flooding my apartment since (04/15). I have left voicemails, emails, and even talking to them in person and yet nothing was done until 04/27 and now there is black mold and roaches in my apartment. This is the fourth flooding issue I have had in this apartment complex. My lease is soon about to end, but I am unable to leave this apartment complex due to the contract and even with this issue they have raised my rent up.

The property was sold and management transferred around May 9th 2022. We have since addressed the lease inquiry and maintenance requests.
