    The company has failed to provide and maintain fit and habitable living conditions. The property management team has failed to maintain the property and make necessary and timely repairs to the HVAC system and plumbing/drainage system which caused water damage to our personal property. We have placed the property management team on notice of our findings of defective systems. We have and myself being of poor health cleaned the damages to the best of our abilities to minimize and prevent further damages to our property and the unit. Grates molded in the unit leaving my partner to perform the repairs. The maintenance employee made us aware of the ongoing mold issue that was not disclosed prior to moving in. Using the air conditioner is not advised due to mold smell coming from vents causing us cold like symptoms. We use fans. The company has failure to maintain the property daily caused additional water damage to our personal property. The said incidents falls under the responsibility of the property owner and their insurance which should be mitigated appropriately. Being fully aware of poor maintenance of the property that continues to cause water damage to our property at their neglect the company should remedy the damages sustained. Time has passed and the company not taken responsibility for their actions that caused my family severe damages. I have videos and photos of damages as well however the BBB website does not support upload currently. Due to the home not being safe we were forced to vacate. The company filed an eviction after we were vacated.
