These people owe me $300. I have been emailing and calling them for months, with no real results. I did have one guy answer once and acted like they were going to make it right and i actually think they tried to load the money back on my card but had the billing address wrong and have not made contact since. I have emailed and left voicemails no less than 20 times. It's not really about the money for me, it's a principle thing at this point. Just to give you the back story, i started a subscription with them on my personal CC by mistake and they were charging me personally instead of my company $99 a month. After weeks of trying to get in touch with someone about canceling it. I finally talked to someone who said they would cancel it. Another 3 month of them charging me goes by, the whole time i'm trying to contact someone. Nobody answers emails or the phone. One day i got an email from a guy that says he sees where the mistake was and he would refund my $300 that they kept charging. Never happened! I have emailed them at least twice a week and followed up with a call and voicemail after each email. No one has reached out. Like i said it's not really about the money, would i like to have it, sure! The money has been gone for several months now it's not going to make me or break me. It's the principal of the matter at this point for me. It's just stealing plain and simple. Admitting that you owe it and even attempting to refund it once after months of trying to make contact but using the wrong billing address. Then not answering phone or emails at all to attempt to make it right is really irritating.

We recently received the attached letter from BBB regarding a complaint from a ****** ***** (**********@yahoo.com). The information detailed in the letter is an inaccurate representation of the situation described within. Please see the below information and feel free to contact us if any more information is needed.

Mr. ***** was refunded the full amount he was due on December 24, 2021 as shown in the below credit card transaction report. The information listed below was provided by our payment processor, and details the charges as well as the refunds in question, along with transaction ID's, dates and times, amounts, as well as status of each transaction.

This refund was issued back to the exact same credit card number which Mr. ***** submitted his original payments with. Unfortunately, Mr. ***** then requested an additional refund be provided to a different credit card, stating that since "the billing address was not correct", that somehow this prevented the refund. As shown above, this statement is false and the credit card was indeed refunded in full, since his physical street address has no impact on the credit card refund process and the street address attached to the credit card profile is the address entered by Mr. ***** when he completed his registration process. When this was shown to be false to Mr. ****** Mr. ***** then stated that somehow the credit card number was changed from the credit card that he provided during his registration process and had submitted the payments to a credit card number never submitted to us. Again, this was proven to be false since the credit card number refunded matched the credit card that the payments were processed from (again, as evidenced by the above transaction report). The new credit card number that Mr. ***** currently wants an additional refund applied to is his personal credit card number, apparently. Again, as shown above, the credit card used for his purchase was the credit card the refund was processed to (see last three digits of the Payment Method above).

We would like to clearly state, all information that was provided to our company when Mr. ***** registered his company and made payments was completed directly by Mr. ****** The credit card information for the payments was submitted directly by Mr. Davis. The refund was issued to the exact same credit card that was submitted by Mr. ****** and there was never a change made to that credit card information by neither Mr. ****** nor our company. We have verified with the credit card processing company that this refund was in fact processed and credited to the credit card submitted by Mr. ***** and that his physical address has no bearing on this process.

We do not know how many additional times Mr. ***** wants to be credited or how many credit cards Mr. ***** wants to add to the list of where he demands monies be sent, however, as is shown above, the refunds were processed, and Mr. ***** was refunded on the same credit card the payments were made from. We will not pay Mr. ***** additional monies above and beyond the refund he has received in order to stop his harassment of our company. Principle does in fact matter, as does standing up to an effort to extort fees that are not due while threatening harassment through efforts such as this.
