            I dropped off a pressure washer during the summer months of 2021, I have called numerous times to check on the work being done. When you call you are always transferred to the maintenance shop, once they answer, whoever they are, are very rude, and always has an excuse as to what is going on with my pressure washer, first was they claim I took it apart and didn't put it back together correctly, NOT!!!! I did not take it apart. Second was, they ordered a part for it, it came in and was wrong. Third call, was the guy working on your particular pressure washer just left to go check on something, I'll give him a call and call you back, then hung up, taking NO number to return the call and just hanging up. Fourth time, they tell me they don't know anything about it, after giving them the ticket number, he never even went to check and see about it. This is the worst place to bring your equipment to get worked on. If I ever get mine back, I can promise you I will NEVER use your place of business again.

            Our service manager, ****** has contacted Mr. ********** ****** had gone on vacation and when he returned he thought it had been taken care of. Then Bozeman has went through a flood and rebuild along with the original mechanic not in the shop any more. We have contacted and apologized to Mr. ********* via telephone. Because of all of the confusion and the inconvenience to Mr. ********* he will be receiving his repaired pressure washer at no charge. Mr. ********* has accepted our apology.

            Customer service is a very large part of our business and we pride ourselves on the many return customers we have and the service we provide. Bozeman has been in business since 1977. This is the only complaint thru BBB we have received.
