I'm an Uber eats delivery. Regardless of the fact there has been numerous times where I would go to this restaurant and not receive customer service. The employees will look at me, make direct eye contact and refuse to assist me, or even ask what do I need. Today was the last straw. Two female employees looked at me and continued to work on their post. When the drive thru paused the one worker asked me to wait even longer. Then the a male employee came in and the shift leader went to that employee to aid him. Then another customer came inside. The drive thru woman finally came and asked what I needed. I stated an Uber eats, there was an empty bag on the counter and she sarcastically asked me what it was, as if I worked there. I said I don't know and when she saw it was empty she grabbed it and stayed away but did not work on my order. The shift leader left the male employee and came to serve the male customer. She expedite his order immediately. Then the drive thru employee gave me the order. So I asked for corporate number, both refused to give it to me and accused me of always complaining. Here it is I have never called them and the other employees on their nonsense. Since that was the perception of me, for both of them to scream it behind me as I was leaving, why bother with trying to find corporate, why not a BBB complaint?

on January 5th 2024 I placed an order to KFC-located at 3709 Hollywood Street baton rouge Louisiana it's also part Taco Bell if that makes any difference-- for a 3 piece White mashed potatoes and gravy and corn so I'm just trying to figure out how I ended up getting a chicken pot pie that I don't eat at all as my order instead of what I actually ordered? To have gotten that order wrong one of two things had to be true either you can't read the person at KFC can't read That's who they hire or they just don't give a damn and those are the people that they hire! I just can't understand how an order that you're reading allegedly-- comes back to be a whole different order entirely and you all expect me to pay for it not happening so my advice would be to get you some better people working for you people that can read and count and know the pieces of a chicken and that chicken and pot pies are not the same thing I want my money back! I took a picture of it just like Uber eats tells you to do and their response was that hey you complain too much when things are wrong and don't want to pay for when other people fail so we're not going to give you your money back because you complain too much I complain when there's something wrong and as I stated to Uber eats supervisors and representatives alike I am absolutely not in the habit of paying for other people's failures and I'm not about to start now so this is what Uber eats does this is what Uber does they steal people's money because they feel like since they deal with disreputable dishonorable businesses we should be the heavy for that we should pay the price for that & I'm absolutely not going to do that! So I want my money back to my original payment method and I want an apology, a sincere one not one crafted by a script that you give to people when you're about to steal their money for orders that are wrong-instead of making sure these businesses are reputable & up to par to do this job, they'd rather blame the customer
