Purchase date 8/12/23 ticket number 60143 from Walker, La location. Purchase price total $44.16 order was completely screwed up less than half filled. This was completed through drive thru. When got home and discovered mistake called store and asked for manager. Was told to leave name and phone number and has been over 24 hours going on 48 and have never received phone call! I have tried to contact the franchise owner but no one will give me contact information! I am contacting credit card company to deny payment! If I don’t speak to someone with the franchise owner’s office I will never purchase Popeyes again and will encourage everyone I know to stop buying from them as well!
