The falsely used name was ********* ***** The original debtor was contacted and they have no record of me. I contacted all provided companies by credit agencies.

      This law firm said I had an unpaid bill to Woman's Hospital, where I had no record of it and Woman's Hospital said my account was up to date. They made me pay a "bill" amount and enormous charges for their time. I paid because they were threatening to take everything from me. Woman's Hospital sent me a check for $420.04 because I didn't owe anything and they said they had severed their relationship with this law firm. This is outrageous that they get away with threatening people and taking their money. I will be looking for my receipts tonight and be able to provide you with detailed information. I want my money back that they scammed me out of.

      My rights are being violated repeatedly by TRANS FINANCIAL, a debt collector. I have sent numerous letters that has been ignored. I request a full Disclosure of this alleged debt. Inaccurate and Unverifiable information by law is illegal. Trans Financial is reporting a collection that is not verified. I also request my original contract, my signed signature, and documents of this alleged debt with Trans Financial. If you are reporting my information for someone else with no validation of this alleged debt then you are violating my privacy rights. By law after 30 days this account must be deleted and it has been well over 45 days . Cease and desist all reporting of this alleged debt.

      I have an outstanding balance with the WOMENS HOSPITAL in baton Rouge, la. They gave my debt over to transfinancial. I made an agreement with them for $50.00 a month. The lady told me that as long as I made a monthly payment, they would not report on my credit. Well, today I received not 1 but 3 hard inquiries on my credit and when I called transfinancial, she informed me that $50.00 was not enough and it would take too long to pay off my account. And that they would continue to report hard inquiries unless I paid $200.00 a month and/or paid off the debt to it entirety. I was not ever notified that I needed to pay more than the $50.00 a month for them to not report it as delinquent on my credit report. I am infuriated that it was even reported because I pay every single month and I have never been under the impression that I had a certain dollar obligation to insure that medical bills do not get reported on a credit report. I need this brought off of my credit immediately. I will continue to pay my debt off but not if they are going to take my money AND continue to report me as delinquent.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/29) */ I reviewed the call from 1/6 (initial phone contact) and 1/7 (established $50 per month payment) and neither call mentioned "as long as I made a monthly payment, they would not report on my credit." However, the agreed payment plan has been updated and therefore I will submit a request to have removed from the credit bureaus. It can take up to 3 weeks for the credit bureaus to remove the items.

      I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1.       The company repeatedly adding debts that are not mine to my credit history. They are for my divorce husband of 4 years. They are the same repeated bills. I have contacted they several times and they agreed to remove 4 of they errors but only removed 2 and added and repeated bill that not mine!!

      They are reporting the same thing twice on my credit report. Same exact day and month.1-25-2021. This not my bill send me info. I've called and called they ignore me.
