      I i could give e them one star i would. Do not buy from them. My package was not delivered to my house and I tried to email them twice and they did not respond. I opened a paypal dispute and of course they showed the tracking number showed it as delivered so they sided with them. Since it was through usps there was no picture and we all know even if the tracking shows delivered people make mistakes and misdeliver all the time. This was the second and the last time I will ever purchase from them. First time the package actually arrived this time it did not. I will never purchase from them again wish I would have read these reviews first before buying.

      This company sucks and they have **** poor customer service. They do not respond to e-mails. Been waiting for the delivery of two wigs for two months.

      I shop in that store all of the time. I spend money in there because they have some amazing products in there. Today I went in there to purchase some yellow sandals to go with the yellow see through purse I purchased from the Hair Crown in The Mall of Louisiana on May 23, 2024. So I beeped going inside of the store because I had some protection in case if something was to happen to me. So I couldn't find the shoes I needed, so my brother and I walked out, so leaving out I beeped again, and the guy came outside accusing me of stealing the purse. I felt racially profiled, embarrassed, and humiliated because of the color of my skin. My Indigenous people are the main race that goes into the hair stores and spend tons of money in there. I will not be shopping, recommending my family and friends not to shop at the location again. I feel they don't like us but love our money that we spend. This is the location at 7920 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, La. 70806. We don't have to spend our money at any of their businesses but we do, but if we have to endure such treatment then maybe we should stop supporting them and buy with our Indigenous people. This type of treatment should not be tolerated from no one. It is a such thing as Black Hate not just Asian Hate the Asians hate us and they are crying that they are hated the most when it is us the Indigenous race that are the most hated, we are being killed, fired, hated, and jailed the most in this world. STOP SHOPPING AT HAIR CROWN ON FLORIDA BLVD in Baton Rouge, La

      I'm so glad that I do all my research first. After reading the comments I think it's safe to say I'm leaving the website. I had over 4, 000 worth of stuff in my cart. I'm a new business owner & don't want to get scammed for my hard working money..

      This is a scam company. I ordered mdse from this online site Haircrownbeauty.com. Got a conformation for my order. The money was taken out of my account. A couple of days later. I got another email saying that my order couldn’t be delivered. Tried to contact Company to no avail due to phone line continuously busy signal. After further research I found that the bogus location was in LA Cal and the phone no is listed to a Pet /Cat supply Store. And yes I am reporting them. Nobody gets my money for free! Buyer beware!! This site looks leggit 12/9/22
