    Around August 22, 2024, ******** ***** and his Brother, ***** ***** came to fix a leaking Kitchen Sink and Lavatory Sink. The Lavatory Sink is still leaking and the drain does not come up and water is backing up in the sink. I called ******** and told him about it and he said he was busy and will call me when he was ready to come and he have not called or come to fix the sink. The house is for sale, he told me when the Inspector come to give him a call which does not work that way. All I want him to is come and fix it right. He emailed something supposed to be an invoice receipt and I can't print it out.

    He said he had spoken to the consumer before she filed this complaint. Consumer admitted to doing some work on the sink herself with a wrench or some type of tool after he left.  He informed her he could not come back out and do anything for free since she had admitted to doing something herself. He said he does not want any further correspondence from the BBB regarding this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** is lying. I spoke with ********, his brother. I do not know how to use any tool to attempt to work on a sink. I told ******** the screw that attach to the bowl was loose and that is where it was leaking at. Those brothers got together and came up with that lie on the elderly, taking advantage of me.
