    Went to visit ***** ****** with Synergistic Hearing on 8/31/23 and received a loaner set of Unitron Hearing aids and I paid her $5775 for 2 new Unitron Moxi Vivanti-VSR9 and was told they would take 4-6 weeks to come in. I have never received them nor have I heard one word from her. I have reached out numerous times to Mrs. ****** as well as 3 office visits that she canceled on her part (car accident, sick, sick) with a promise to get back in touch to reschedule. To this day I have not heard nor can I reach her. I would like to return this loaner pair and get a full refund so I can go elsewhere to purchase hearing aids. I would rather deal with a company that gives professional service and keeps their word.
