    I moved in a newly built home in 2022. Before I moved in I seen several things that caught my attention and I made my realtor aware, who then reached out to ejacob to see if it can be fix before I move in. Ejacob/Cal then proceeded by stating if I didn’t go ahead and close they was going to go with someone else and also anything that needed to be fix can be fixed when I moved in. When I moved in I have had 2 plumbing issues, the closets were never painted, they messed up one under one of the sinks, I have a big hole in my back yard full of bricks and my screen for my window is missing , the front door walk way looks a hot mess and needs to be redone, etc I have been calling for over 6-8 months to get someone on the line but it’s an automated system. If they can’t repair I will like to be compensated for all this work that needs to be done.

    I have been trying to contact them to fix our problems we've been having with the home they built and we bought. I guess they're angry about us locking in the price before they could increase the price I don't know, all I do know is the phone numbers E.Jacob gave me to call for problems with the home are crap and E.Jacob won't even respond to my emails.
