            Hello My name is ***** *******. This is 1 of multiple complaints and disputes I've made on the BBB platform in reguard to this situation. I will give the best detailed summary possible below. Buissnesses involved are Gerry Lane Buick GMC on Florida Blvd, baton rouge LA ********* **** ***** on Florida Blvd, walker Louisiana I bought my car in February 2023 from ********* **** ***** with a down payment total of 2600 and grand total of the financed amount ended up being 31k. An extended warranty was purchased also (FIRST SHOP 2 ATTEMPTS ON SAME REPAIR) ALSO ORIGINAL SELLER Within the first month I brought the car back for AC and over hearing problems. The car was said to be repaired 3 days later. After 2 days of driving it, it began to over heat again and I attempted to return it for another repair to ACTUALLY fix it but was turned away and denied help. (SECOND SHOP/2 ATTEMPTS ON SAME REPAIR) Next repair shop was ****** *** **** who charged me $600 and promised it was fixed. I made it 1 mile down the road before car over heated. They took the car back for 1 week only to tell me they couldn't fix it and REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY $600. (THIRD SHOP MAKING IT THE FIFTH ATTEMPT ON SAME REPAIR WHEN ARRIVED) Gerry Lane Buick GMC Florida Blvd, Baton rouge LA they received it, sent me on my way twice after another two attempts to fix it and if immediately breaking down. Then there final time taking it back was in September 2023. THEY ARE STILL IN POSSESSION OF MY VEHICLE 8 MONTHS LATER AND MY WARRENTY HAS SENT THEM A NEW ENGINE AMOUNGST OTHER PARTS AND ARE REFUSING TO RETURN MY CALL OR TURN OVER MY VEHICLE WITH ANY COMPLETED REPAIRS! ITS NOW APRIL 16 2024 AND IVE PUT OUT OVER 10K IN CAR RENTALS PAYMENTS, REPAIR COST AND $538 MONTHLY NOTE ON A CAR I HAVENT HAD IN 8 MONTHS!!! I WANT AND DESERVE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR ATLEAST SOME OF THE MONEY IVE HAD TO PUT OUT DO TO THIS LEMON AND PAYING ON A CAR I DROVE FOR A MONTH!! THIS IS ILLEGAL! Will show more proof then uploded

            If I could give less I would, bought a brand new AT4 $80000 truck and they scratched it when I picked it up so I had to bring it back for 2 days so they could fix it then got it back for one day and went in low power mode with supposedly a faulty wire harness and of course they couldn’t give me an answer on when they could get a new harness so it sat in the shop for the entire first month essentially, then the finance guy calls me and tells me there was an issue with calculating my Loan payments that I signed for on March 17th when I picked the vehicle up for $720 a month after my $34500 down payment up front, and he tells me it’s actually $740 something and he submitted that paper work with the new numbers and my old signature form the 17th on April 6th without my consent or resigning, after that I terminated my contract all together and was told be here for 8am on April 7th and we will cut you a check for the $34500 downpayment back, I get here and the manager isn’t coming until 9 that can do that an no one knew so now I’m sitting missing work again over this waiting on my money of nearly 35k because they can’t communicate properly or run an efficient business, I can not wait to be done with this dealership and never return they are crooks and liars and I would not recommend them to anyone trying to buy a vehicle
